Ease of system
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality and ease of the platform. Easy to navigate and edit

Like it all. Never had an issue. Highly recommend

I don't dislike anything about soci, I think it's a great website/app.

Won't let me post on TikTok for some reason, but overall it's a great thing to use.
Building community with Soci!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, to plan ahead, to see engagement! There are so many features, like AI re-write and emojis!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could upload REELS and delete posts. I wish it was a little easy to edit images before we post them!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping us manage our online presence, and reach a great audience, build a following, and build a community!
Soci has been a great platform for responding to reviews from guests.
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to bulk respond to guests, I used to use platforms where this was not an option so this is super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better review reports but that more on us than Soci.

Being able to respond to all guests in one place.

Love the product
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love the most is that it is a 1 stop shop for all your social media platforms. You can schedule post for the entire week or month and or post on the spot to all platforms at once. Saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard could be a little more jazzed up but overall it is user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and online reputation. It ensures we have a healthy online presence along with responding to all reviews in a timely manner.
A Social Media Marketing Must Have!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci has made my life so much easier when it comes to marketing my business and having all of my social media accounts linked to one place. The ability to schedule a post to sync and go amour across multiple platforms is a game changer and total time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci took a little time to learn to navigate, but once I got the hang of it, Soci has been a daily part of my work life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci saves me from having to log into each of my business social media accounts and putting each post in and trying to get them out at the same time. The ability to plan post ahead of time and schedule the date and time that they are posted has been an amazing asset to my marketing.

All in one & easy to use for work social media
What do you like best about the product?
I like that once I login, all platforms are ant my fingertips. I can easily schedule posts and add or search for content that I want. I can even respond to messages I received on all of our social media sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't yet encountered anything that I truly dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy their all-in-one factor of the site, and it makes it really easy to fill my calendar quickly.
