What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule posts ahead of time on multiple platforms at once. The ability to respond to reviews on multiple platforms is also helpful and takes down the amount of time needed for these tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be a lot of service disruptions in keeping accounts linked. We constantly have to reconnect accounts, and sometimes the post doesn't make it everywhere I tried to get it to. Also, the inability to add hash tags in an efficient manner makes for some extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly posting to multiple platforms and responding to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The daily dashboards offer my team the ability to quickly track and respond to negative reviews mentioned on Google & Yelp.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytical review of my companies performance can be improved. In the past the meetings that should've been focused on company performance on those channels were more like sales pitches. Very limited understanding of how the current features improved the KPIs and more trying to upsell especially on their newer features like AI review response that have minimal impact on improving google ratings which are mostly driven by store operations performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to list our new store listings and track google and yelp ratings.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi helped us manage the scale of opening and responding to issues at scale for a brand with 30+ retail locations. We also had some issues with claiming and maintaining listings, and their partnerships have helped us when we were scratching our heads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The usability/experience of the platform isn't cutting edge, but it does its job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of retail locations with a very regular flow of customers who love using reviews to show their appreciation or air their grievances. SOCi helps us handle the flow of information without feeling overwhelmed.

Easy to use and streamlines posting

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate. Makes it a lot easier to post to several platforms at once. Even writing the posts feels intuitive and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often want to click to see the posts that are scheduled on my main page and it doesn’t work like that so I have to remember how to go find the post and open it to read it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes scheduled posting easy to multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to use: schedule posts on multiple platforms at the same time, pick and choose what platforms to post on - Instagram story and reels or Facebook post, or even Google. Schedule ahead of time and don't worry about it for a couple of weeks. It's easy to upload content into your library. Plus you can manage multiple location frome one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using SOCi for over a year now and I haven't found any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me a ton of time, since I can schedule multiple posts at the same time and don't have to go back to it every day.

Ease of use for multi locations

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up multiple locations and managing their profiles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations when the multi locations are all unique brands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security for social accounts without handing out passwords and admin access on meta too an extreme number of associates.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about SOCi is being able to schedule multiple posts ahead of time and that everything gets approved by corporate BEFORE it’s posted. It helps keep us out of trouble and makes sure we are upholding company standards while still getting to be creative!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that when you need to edit a post you have to go into each individual scheduled posts for the different platforms to make edits. If you want to edit the text maybe there could be a way to select which ones you want to edit all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps us active on social media so that our name and brand can remain prominent in the public eye.

Easy Way to Post Content Consistently

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is pre-selected content that I can choose to post or not. I can edit each post to include my own style of voice, and I can drag-and-drop the content to various days of the week so as to not overlap with organic posts that I do. It is very easy to use, although I have a feeling there's more I could be doing with this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to boost a post directly from SOCi. I would also welcome formal live training, a walk through the dashboard "how to", as well as tips on how to build your reach. It would also be great to offer video content as that tends to get higher visibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having ready to go content that I can use to keep my facebook followers engaged.
