Soci Makes Social Easy (and Fun!)
What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to plan, schedule, and publish across all our platforms in one place. The user-friendly interface and collaborative tools help our team stay organized and creative. Plus, real-time insights make it easy to adjust our strategy on the go.

I honestly really can't think of anything that I dislike about SOCi

Being able to plan posts ahead and reading the reviews.

Was a little hard to set up starting out, but smooth now that I have an account

Makes it alot easier and quicker to post to facebook and read reviews.
It is very easy to navigate, and it’s a great way to gain community response.

It allows us as a company to let the community know what’s going on and how we can interact with the public.

Everything seems to be going smoothly. I have zero complaints.

Getting the word out about different activities provided by my company.

No complaints- I enjoy the product, our whole uses.

It puts all the information in one location and we can wee the traffic and feedback.
The analytic features are good gauges, but it majorly restricts features and functions of social app
What do you like best about the product?
The AI rewrite for posts is an amazing feature. It does a great job. The calendar of scheduled posts is a nice layout to see everything in one spot. The analytics are good for gauging social media health and effectiveness, but not something I use often.
What do you dislike about the product?
It majorly restricts features and functions of facebook. Users are not able to post stories or make reels which help viewers see the user. Visually it's not as user friendly as the actual facebook app. These 2 things make it very frustrating. I've cut way back on social media use, since the company has mandated use of Soci
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the higher level for posts going to all locations by the company, it may be helpful for my company. For myself directly and my location, it's not benefitting me

What do you like best about the product?
Clean interface, ability to post across multiple platforms, ability to schedule future posts, and monitor reviews helping me to respond more quickly.

There are occasional delays in syncing with Facebook.

Very effective - Missing some features
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we are able to manage all of our social media accounts. It is easy to use and we are able to schedule out multiple posts so we are always posting something.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that we were able to navigate the other parts of our social accounts that are important to our business. For example we follow other businesses and tag them when we collaborate. We like to engage with other community pages and for those we have to leave soci and go into all of the specific platforms. I would love for truly everything to be managed in one place if that is even possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see what is being posted and where through our national campaigns and then we can fill in the gaps with local content.
It’s an unbelievable platform that provides detailed data analytics in the blink of an eye!

I love its compatibility across all third party platforms. It collects and compares data from platforms such as UberEats, DoorDash, Google, & more.

No complaints at the moment.

It’s extremely user friendly & time efficient. Time is the highest commodity. It’s the one thing you can’t get back!
Overall a great platofrm
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve found SOCi to be a powerful tool for managing marketing across multiple locations. Its centralized platform makes social media scheduling, review monitoring, and listings management much easier, especially for keeping brand consistency while allowing local teams some control. The customer support and onboarding process have been helpful in getting started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, the user interface can feel a bit clunky and takes some time to get used to. Reporting and customization options are somewhat limited, and the platform can occasionally be slow when handling large amounts of data. Pricing isn’t very transparent, which made budgeting a bit challenging. Overall, SOCi is a solid choice for businesses focused on multi-location marketing, but it might not be the best fit for smaller teams or those looking for a more intuitive experience.

SOCi solves the challenge of managing marketing, reviews, and listings across multiple locations in one platform. This saves me time, ensures consistent branding, and helps respond quickly to customers. It also improves local search visibility, making marketing more efficient and effective.
User-Friendly & Creative
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Soci is how easy it is to implement and use regularly. I post frequently, and being able to share videos and pictures across multiple platforms at once saves me a lot of time. The integration process was seamless, and the built-in AI helps generate quick, creative titles for posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci is super convenient for posting videos and photos. However, it’s a bit of a letdown that you can’t edit a post after it’s published. Adding that feature would make it even better.

SOCi is solving the problem of time-consuming, repetitive posting across multiple social media platforms. Instead of logging into each platform and posting individually, I can create and schedule content from one place.
This saves me a lot of time and ensures consistency across channels. The AI support also helps me quickly come up with engaging titles and captions, making content creation faster and easier. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and helps me stay active on all platforms with less effort.
