Love it
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to have all my socials in one place

I would say just needs a bit more modernization.

I haven’t had any problems thus far. I really enjoy using Soci and it has made things a lot easier for posting purposes on social media!
I have had both positive experiences and negative experiences with SOCi.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi works fast and accommodates quick turnaround times. In the restaurant industry, we need flexibility on timelines, with things always changing and the industry moving at a fast pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced SOCi forgetting to complete a few steps of the process when building discounts. This requires more overcommunication from my end, which takes up more of my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped streamline both online reputation management and local listing management in one place, which makes my job easier and I am able to update listings fasters. Our restaurant operators are also able to stay on top of online reputation in one place, in a quick fashion.
Easy way to access multiple social media platforms and schedule posts for them
What do you like best about the product?
That you can schedule your posts out and easily respond to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to edit the captions on soci or to take down posts, you can't really do them on soci after you posted something

Great for connecting multiple social platforms and scheduling. And respond to customer reviews.

Social medias scheduler is great to keep those posts going smoothly from one place.

App can be funky. But desktop web view is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can post to multiple platforms. Prior to Soci, I was using Meta but it would not connect with Linked In. I like that there is a saved database of social media posts that I can reference. The calendar function makes it clear to see what I have scheduled.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not use Tik Tok for business but connecting with Tik Tok might benefit users.

Posting to multiple platforms simultaneously so it saves me time…

I love that it’s a one stop shop for all I need to do! Love that is has AI review capabilities as well

I don’t love the mobile app. It is not as easy to use/log into

The shared content library is especially useful for multi-location teams. It allows our corporate and local teams to pull from pre-approved content that aligns with brand guidelines, which helps us stay consistent without being repetitive. It's also a great resource for evergreen content.
