What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reviews GMB and Meta reviews in one place and view multiple Meta page accounts at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The list structure of the different resources can be difficult to navigate.

The ability to review and manage many locations at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m the primary user of SOCI in our leasing office, and I absolutely love how easy it is to use. Being able to hit all of our social platforms at once saves a ton of time and keeps our messaging consistent across the board. The Story option is a great bonus — it makes it simple to post quick updates and engage with our audience in real time.

Overall, SOCI has made our community’s social presence stronger, smarter, and much more efficient. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any significant dislikes. SOCI operates efficiently and consistently meets my professional needs without unnecessary complexity or disruption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI has streamlined how I manage and schedule content across multiple social platforms for our community. Before using it, posting consistently to every channel required jumping between apps and risking missed updates. With SOCI, I can plan, post, and monitor everything from one dashboard — saving time and ensuring a unified voice across all platforms.

The reporting tools also make it easy to track engagement and see which posts resonate most with residents, helping refine our content strategy. Overall, it’s reduced manual effort, improved consistency, and made community communication more efficient and professional.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to navigate and training is a breeze. Customer support is quick and easy to respond to messages. I like the hashtag feature to keep track of our communication. Our team uses this daily and I have not had any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have anything to suggest on dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is making private messaging and dealing with bad reviews easy for our team to spot any discussions quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been very helpful with promoting my travel agency. It's so easy to use. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything that I dislike about it. I'm just starting out so I'm still new at all of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not really good about marketing. Like I said, I'm still really new and learning a lot. SOCi has stepped in and helped with getting my marketing out there.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is useful for posting on social media and also assists with grammar. I find it helpful for managing my posts and ensuring my writing is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the ability to extend the length of my post when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see my engagement and schedule post for all of my socials in one spot! It makes it easier knowing that they also have an app, still looking to add that to make uploading videos and content easier. I like that I can upload 1x a week and that'll cover me for the next 7 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not alot of cons, I think they do a pretty good job. I'd like to see maybe a weekly layout instead of a full calender month view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving having to sign into multiple sites, everything is in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post photo's of the activist's and the event's that we do. To show that we don't just set around and do nothing that we get our resident's engaged in activist's

That you can only post 1 video or 10 photo's at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
In my business and with my portfolio speed is critical and time is of the essence. SOCi allows me to stay informed and engaged without having to jump through countless hoops, multiple logins, etc. It is clear on its capabilities and its value and executes it without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that I didn’t know it existed until I worked here. This would have made previous jobs and tasks remarkably simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to keep my eye on every property and address issues as they occur without either carving out significant bandwidth or losing productivity or time in other areas. This solves that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me effectively use my time. I'm able to schedule out all of my social media posts for the week at one time and know that part of my marketing is done.
