What do you like best about the product?
SOCi's platform is a life and time saver for social media and reputation management. The online platform or app makes things a breeze to keep branding consistent and posting timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the ability to follow other on instagram using the platform vs giving some people direct instagram access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep posting easy and team members can post to several platforms all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to move the scheduled content to a different day if I want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't figured out how to delete previously scheduled content from soci fully. Once I delete it from the day it goes onto the sidebar on the right and I don't want to see it there because I will never use it in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving that I don't have to go in manually to post on different socials.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci, is very easy to use. Having our socials in one area for multiple locations is very convenient. Being able to manage comments on this platform is also very engaging vs going on to the individual platforms to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features such as music isn't able to be added to posts, and must be done through individual platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able have everything in one platform. Easy to respond to comments left on social media

What do you like best about the product?
I'm very impressed by the ability to customize various types of reports for in-depth analysis at the end of each month. SOCi provides various fields to add into your reports so that you have that level of freedom with selecting the data that you want to focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into many issues at the moment. Overall it's a good product. My only piece of feedback would be to provide more hands-on training for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi provides us a high level of visibility into our numerous different communities and their respective reviews. By consolidating all reviews data in one centralized platform, we're able to capture that high level of reputation management.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and to keep track of all events and making posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe add a feature to include music when making posts/reels - just as you would on the social media app. Other than that, everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our prospect and resident reviews, scheduling our posts ahead of time, making our time more efficient.

A good time-saver with some limitations

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about SOCi is the ease of use. Implementation and integration are both very simple, and the scheduling area is extremely straight-forward. I love being able to set up more than a month of content to post in advance and how much time I've saved since starting with SOCi. I use it on a daily basis, and it's made major improvements to my work flow. think the feature I've found to be the most unique and helpful is being able to see all of my tasks in one easy spot. I never have to have anxiety about missing a message, comment, or review, and it's so easy to respond to all of them in one place. Plus, all the shortcut options make responding a breeze. Additionally, customer support has been great so far; they're readily available, and I don't worry about any major troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside I've experienced of using SOCi is that it prevents me from using some of Instagram's interactive, algorithm-boosting features. For example, there's no option to include a poll or a prompt in a story or post when posting with SOCi, nor is it possible to add sliders or other buttons to stories. With today's Instagram algorithm, these are pretty crucial features to be using regularly, and this means I'm still left with a lot of content to post manually. Additionally, I wish there were a way to see a grid preview. The biggest difficulty I've had with SOCi is planning my grid and keeping track of what's coming next visually. In a perfect world, there would also be color-coding options for different veins of content or campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the organizational issues I've experienced trying to manage a business across multiple platforms. Because all of our feedback, including engagements, reviews, and messages, are readily available in one streamlined place, I never miss anything in need of a response, I have less stress, and I save a lot of time. I also love being able to "set it and forget it" per say, where I can batch-schedule content and then be better able to attend to the other responsibilities of my job.
