great social media cross posting platform
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. A one stop shop in my busy operations that allows me to answer reviews, check on postings, create engagement, and work with my team on creatives. I also love the metrics and trends it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some issues with broken links to my Linked In account, but I think its mostly resolved now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
consistency, mass marketing, easy to use, widespread usage amongst my team.
Set it and forget it :)
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can plan posts a month ahead of time with all the content you provide. It makes it easy for those days you just can’t think of original content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more posts provided for instagram Stories and reels. Also, more tips that we could post

It’s helping me come up with relevant content and letting me schedule ahead when there’s times I know I won’t be able to post anything

My favorite features of SOCI are the templates created for ease of use on our FB account.

I have been using SOCi for about a month and I don't have a dislike so far.

SOCi is assisting me by allowing me to schedule postings and monitor which post are getting the most attention.
Easy way for us to bolster our social content
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it extremely easy for our Ford stores to add great content to our social media channels

I can't think of any current downside that we are experiencing.

Soci is helping us with a lack of content at times - they are providing a steady output to help supplement our social calendar
Reliable Platform, Concise View
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a very reliable platform to use to bring together the various sources of online guest feedback in one concise view. Having the ability to partner with SOCi to manage active responses and engage with our guests is critical to our success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a bit of time to get the voice of our responses just the way we wanted, this took a bit longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us manage our time better by assisting us with the wide variety online review options our guests have to provide feedback to us. This used to consume multiple hours a day to maintain and now we receive summary emails to review our current reviews and proposed responses that take a fraction of that time to review.
SOCi Makes Marketing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is so much content, so beautifully designed. It makes it easy to choose what content works best for my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's so much content! There's really not anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has content made for me, and takes some of the creative design work out of my hands, which gives me more time for clients!

I can focus on posting MY travels and events without needing to worry about the hundreds of other things going on in the travel world.

Have not encountered any negatives with SOCi yet.

Social media posting and analysis can be very time consuming. SOCi reduces a lot of this burden. When combined with Meta Business , it is a great combo!

so far I have no complains. We do not have full access to everything since corporate manages it but I love it
