What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I am able to respond to reviews on multiple platforms easily and keep track of user access to different accounts. I am able to schedule social media posts, so I do not have to worry about them in the future. I like that I can easily keep track of who has access to the accounts and am able to remove them quickly if someone is terminated on short notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I cannot post to the story feature on Instagram using SOCI. I would also like if SOCI had built in filters for Instagram which I could add before making a post. Most business pages have a set filter they use and not having this feature adds an extra step for me. I believe having this would draw in more potential customers. I wish there was a separate tab for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms so I could easily see what is being post to where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I respond to reviews, manage user access, and post to social media. I track social media analytics and use much of the content provided in SOCI to make quarterly reports for the company. This is a great marketing platform and easy to use data collector.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advise people to use soci as a way to collect marketing data. There are so many different ways to track the progress of social media platforms. I recommend the platform because of its ease of use.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule posts in advance. I use this feature the most as we post for our properties and company websites. It's convenient being able to post in one section and that'll apply to all of the needed properties. Also being able to approve and deny other's posts is a helpful feature so we can monitor and maintain what is being posted to our audience. I really enjoy receiving the newsletters including the "fun" holidays so we can have additional content to post. These emails are great so it keeps everyone in the loop so they can participate themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post Instagram stories and adding filters. We wanted to see if there was a function for us to schedule Instagram stories. I know stories last 24 hours long, but thought it'd be helpful to have a feature where we can automatically schedule a story in advance. This way, we can always queue it up just as we do for regular postings. We would also like to have a function for us to add filters to our content (just like Instagram). We wanted to create a consistent theme to our posts, so having that option would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing currently. Overall, the support team is great as they respond immediately. When I asked a question regarding photo filters, a representative responded immediately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Allow posting Instagram stories through your platform. If you add a plug in where we can add filters to photos, that'd be great as well. I am unsure how to navigate the site completely.

Capturing Performance Data

What do you like best about the product?
Having a direct contact in the performance data team is very helpful. I know my emails aren’t getting filed in a random team help desk box and will always have the same person overseeing the questions and issues I may be having. One person of contact rather than random selection within a group is very helpful, especially if you have to reference historical topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had to overcome several data discrepancy issues to capture the most accurate performance data for our clients. It’s taken months to outline the report format and field metrics that we need, and the to receive them consistently and on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No current problems. We’ve worked out any past issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it posts to more than one social media at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where to start... Unfortunately any picture posted that is more than one picture will not show any additional pictures on Instagram. Had a nice feature where you could add events, but of course that is no longer functional (saw the message that it has been taken down). Even with that being functional, it has links under " Discovery" and "Events" - neither of which actually link the content (Super awesome) . It constantly force closes and says " oops-my bad" essentially. Also, you can no longer schedule recurring plans/posts- which is a real bummer. It is a great concept, but unfortunately everything that makes it functional and useful is no longer working. It allows you to add Tags, but unfortunately they are only for your organization purposes. It will not allow you to copy and paste content- which is also a major issue because each and every time you post, hastags give you more visibility. Having to individually type in those hashtags is just a nightmare. Sad really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many. Other than cross posting, its just a basic application that is no different from any other for multi-account posting. For real- you do not even have us under your categories! Come on. Apartment Leasing!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would use another platform. There are plenty out there that are much more user-friendly.

Very professional uniformed responses to residents. Ensuring all social media reviews are responded to.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for posting content on all of our social platforms and scheduling out a month at a time
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not know a post is going to have issues until after it fails to go onto the site correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time being able to manage our social accounts through one program cerise’s having to access them individually.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the consistent posts. They keep the page up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very specific to the property. Not very proactive about updating cover photos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping remind Soci to check-in and train the team on the posting platform. Training on more meaningful engaging content.

Great platform that saves time!

What do you like best about the product?
We like the ease of posting to our multiple Facebook pages. It saves considerable time, as we have over 20 Facebook pages we need to manage. Replying to comments, reviews, etc. is also a HUGE time saver since it keeps everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish it had more/better content to feed into our posts. Content generation is so time consuming for each individual account to have to create so it's important that we have a solid bank of assets from which to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really solving the problem is not being able to connect with our customers as much as we'd like as well as the problem of having very limited resources for social engagement. SOCi saves us time and money to help us solve these problems much more easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are a lot of "free" programs out there that promise the world with social media management. I'd recommend SOCi, however, due to it's comprehensive integration. It honestly has made our job much easier. The interface is quick and easy to understand and doesn't get so complicated as to bog us down when trying to accomplish simple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
That they listened to what need and made sure they provided it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could do a little more with social. Like FB & Instagram stories, quizzes, etc. But I understand with what's going on with FB in the media, integrations have to be a bit hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into our reputation AND social posting dashboard.
