Awesome / timely posts & easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Like the auto-posts a few times each week to all my social media locations, so it saves me many hours each month
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like LinkedIn forcing me to reconnect every month or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time each week (20 hours/month) editing content to fit each social platform... and remembering to post at the best time of day and week
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Doesn't integrate with Alignable platform
SOCi has been great for allowing me to schedule posts in advance and easily access content
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule and access content created by SL corporate
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed some of the pictures were repeated from page to page. Also wish you could see a little graphic of what is going to be posted on the scheduling calendar as oppose to just the facebook/instagram/google logos. Would make it easier to see what is posted when. Also wish you could set it up to have more than one picture in the same post. Would like all of the SL Dropbox content to be accessible in SOCi

allows me to plan ahead for social media, which is helpful and easily access content and get ideas for messaging. Also like being able to see peak times

The ease of using Soci
What do you like best about the product?
The layout and format of the software, bright, easy to follow and look at, easy to navigate and figure out without hours of training
What do you dislike about the product?
Get many errors- respond time is shorter than 24hrs, refresh time can take 30 sec to a minute
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We staying on top of our brand nationwide, we answer all posts fro our franchise locations
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely look into the refresh time, errors on weekends when hard to reach the team, posts should be guaranteed for 24 hrs, but many times we are within the 24hr and we cannot respond.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the support that easily available and how user-friendly SoCi is. The fact that everything is in one place makes it that much easier to achieve goals like replying to reviews, scheduling social media posts, and gathering reports to see where we can improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the accounts will not post, but I am able to repost them easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting consistently on social media, replying to reviews easily with the prefilled responses, and seeing where we can improve and how to better connect with our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for an all-in-one place to easily achieve your marketing goals, SoCi is the place! It's very user-friendly and when you do have questions, the support team gets back to you in a reasonable time. The onboarding process is a lot less tedious and stressful than other similar products. Plus, they make you feel very comfortable during the entire onboarding process by explaining every step, helping where we need it, and answering any and all questions.

I like that you can connect all accounts, and we are notified when someone post on a social media site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more user firendly, it isn't easy sometimes to do things and isn't very simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is that we get notified when a post is made on one social platform, so we know immediately.

It's great for your first time using a platform to connect all your social media.
Great Platform/Software and Great Staff
What do you like best about the product?
Adaptability to this new platform/software was a concern for us going in. SOCi has a very effective process for this and it made it so easy to introduce to our franchise owners!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the sales process was a little pushy--I wanted to start off with just one module as we have another vendor who services the other modules SOCi offers. Our Sales rep kept pushing other modules on us in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our franchise owners now have more flexibilty and ownership of their social media pages. This dashboard helps stremline thier efforts as well as ours at corporate. We can manage the brand with providing them libraries of photos and content.

What do you like best about the product?
We like having one comprehensive system for posts, ads, reviews, etc. as well as the fact that we can approve our franchisee's posts and have visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone in our organization is using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using this platform, we now have an easy way to save assets for our Z's to use, maintaining our brand. Also, having all communication (reviews, comments, messages) in one place helps to make sure nothing is missed.

Soci provides a very easy platform to schedule both IG & FB posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have the capability to sponsor IG posts as well as FB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy scheduling and peace of mind.
Helpful Planning But Lacking
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to be able to plan posts in advance, however, if it's more than one photo - SOCi isn't able to post to Instagram so we manually have to post, which then in turn, does not get the insights as the items that get posted through SOCi.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post multiple photos in one post. SOCi can save so much time but if we have a carousel post, I have to go into each account and post individually which is a tedious task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only solving single posts. There's a lot of room for growth and advancement with SOCi.
SOCI works well for business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to plan ahead has been very helpful in our marketing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting for a second approval can sometimes be a hassle, but that is the way our account was set up, it has nothing to do with the functionality of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are the ability to plan in advance our campaigns, but we have had no issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SOCI has not experienced the down time other platforms I have used, so I recommend you take a look and see if they meet your needs.
