Simple SOCi

What do you like best about the product?
How I can go to one platform and post to multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, just need to make time to schedule out all your posts for the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time from having to go to multiple social media sites and log in to each one separately.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Soci is that you can post on different social media at the same time and also respond to the comments in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have anything that i dislike about Soci
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting social events on multiple social sites, you can do three or more social sites with Soci at the same time. Cutting time on posting events or things going on at the center.

There are no downsides. I think the platform is great.

Great to have other libraries to choose from

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop place for social media, reviews and paid advertising. There is a content library and it makes collaborating across brands and locations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of working in the platforms it connects natively that you cannot do in Soci. The user interface is not always intuitive when it comes to switching between locations and groups. You cannot do mass updates across the brand without a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are responding to reviews quicker and able to see the responses. We are posting more often to our platforms local pages. The locations are getting notified of every review on all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to see the campaigns and approve to share in social media, plus I can see the performance of my site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to look for more training to get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post easily to my facebook page, I was not doing it because of lack of time.

Immediate response to a negative or positive review. Sometimes I wouldn't see the message for a couple of days but with notification, I immediately know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps with notification of reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Reviews feed easily. Teams can use social options. There are some simple exports of reviews. The platform has gotten better over the last 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on reviews is limited. Sentiment requires an AI read approach. The accuracy of things like review responses is invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Would love better reporting. I do feel there are extended benefits but have not had a moment to review some of the new features.

I love the real-time reporting and customer service!

I prefer more proactive communication. I can't think of any downsides.

Ease of social network accounts management

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Able to see a calendar view of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to create content inline and post it. Not able to add all social media accounts I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of management of social network accounts for business. Approve or reject postings made by another person on our behalf.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling your posts across the different forms of social media. Also like being able to see the analytics to help keep our posts relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the site could use an update. Some of the ways to get ads boosted or creating libraries can be tedious to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has helped build local branding on top of our national branding. Being able to connect with our local market helps us stay in tune to our employee and customer base.
