SO EASY TO USE

What do you like best about the product?
This program is so easy to use to post across multiple platforms. I like how simple and easy it makes life. I can plan all my posts in advance and choose which platforms each post will go to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the analytics were more in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to not have to worry about what to post everyday. I have more time and can schedule posts. This allows me to randomly post more fun information.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of scheduling posts and having visibility to upcoming posts and for multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far all good. Just learning all the capabilities and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have a lot of time to develop content. I can now have social media presence with little work.

I love the ease of use and not having to do too much work because my work is my job and I don't need another one.

I don't see any downside except that it can't answer my calls for me. lol

Soci helps me posting on FB and time management

What do you like best about the product?
The options and opportunities that SOCi make the go to social media platform. The ability to lay weeks at a time postings on various platforms is a real strength
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I had was moving back and forth between Chrome and the SOCi system; after having done a number of times it's no big deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved is the ability to implement a multi platform social media using SOCI. Benefits time savings and the increased ability to ensure consistency in messaging

Love the schedule layout. Seeing the full month and which platform the post will go to is awesome

From time to time I don't get messages immediately

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they post for me and content that I love and the cost is very reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an option to post for specific niches such as wellness or group travel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm no longer having to take time to schedule my posts. The benefit_TIME!

What do you like best about the product?
I am a relative newbie to social media, so it's extremely helpful to have SOCi as a backup to my own postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a somewhat steep learning curve to interpreting the scoreboard, but they offer training modules, which are very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Facebook account was disconnected for a month before I realized it wasn't posting. I didn't know about the notice feature, but once I hooked that up, I am back up and running!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user-friendly dashboard and the number of clients I can manage on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't post stories through the dashboard.
