SOCi Stands for All in 1 Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to chase reviews, comments, engagements across platforms. I have a central location where I can keep my business info updated & respond to customers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some I'm sure the approval process is helpful. For my uses it more often feels like a hinderance, and the user experience for creating content with provided photos or digital assets could be improved. I created a whole post and thought I was going to be able to add a provided asset, only to lose the whole thing because I didn't select the asset first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: too many different platforms, too many different possible sources of information about the business.

Highly User Friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The SOCi platform is highly user-friendly and an excellent tool for managing online platforms in the property management industry. It streamlines tasks like social media scheduling, reputation management, and analytics—making it easier for teams to maintain a consistent and effective digital presence across multiple properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
One notable drawback is that its interface can occasionally feel limited in customization.

SOCi helps solve the challenge of managing multiple social media accounts and online listings across a large property portfolio. By centralizing content scheduling, reputation management, and performance analytics, it saves time and ensures consistency in our digital presence. This has made it easier to engage with residents, monitor reviews, and maintain brand standards across all locations—ultimately improving efficiency and helping us provide better service.

It's nice to schedule out all social media post for the month and not have to post manually every time.

Nothing so far. The platform is fine for what I need

Doesn't solve problems but adds an assistance to posting and managing all on 1 platform.
Makes it easier to be social for businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can post to all of our platforms in one place, update our google listing, and with our marketing templates synced to the library, I can easily create and schedule posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is an option and I just haven't found it yet, but I would love to be able to access our marketing spend and ROI's from our post engagements there too!

None that I have noticed!
Good Enough to Use
What do you like best about the product?
They have a relationship with Ace Hardware and I don't have to create the posts, just approve them and move on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating my own posts from scratch are cumbersome and don't always work as well as going directly to facebook to do it. The integration with Ace Hardware is the big selling point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the Ace Integration, it reduces time to approve Ace curated posts to just a few minutes to cover the entire month.

Saves time, keeps data in sync and allows AI review responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not do outreach to gain more reviews. There should be more Ai guidance and automation around listing information.

Being able to post to multiple social media sites

It’s difficult to post the same information at different times to the various aociap media sifes. There are varying “most popular” times for each site.

Scheduling Simplified
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to manage and schedule posts on multiple platforms in one place. I don't need to transfer media to my phone for posting on IG. It saves a lot of steps in the process. Being able to schedule into the future means I can set and forget.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be slow, especially when trying to add emojis and icons to a posts. It can be glitchy and slow to respond. I still need to go into instagram to modify the cover image for reels. Instagram posts also take a while to show up on my grid, not sure if this is a SOCI or instagram problem.

It saves me the time and effort of posting on multiple platforms.

I especially appreciate how it enables easy updates to your web page without waiting on hold for IT support—this convenience is a real advantage.

Receiving notifications regarding client reviews helps me stay in contact with clients giving a personel feeling. Receiving notifications about client reviews enables me to maintain a strong connection with my clients, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated. This personal touch not only fosters trust but also enhances our overall relationship.

Soci allows me to manage our client communications in a timely manner. It empowers me to manage our client communications efficiently, ensuring timely and effective engagement with our clients.
