you can create connect, manage + schedule in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes scheduling isn't easy as I wish it was...and the linkedin conection never reports correctly

mostly time savings for me and consistency with my franchise

So easy to schedule posts months in advance! We have over 150 users, multiple groups & it's so easy to maintain and post different content to each!

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoy this software, as do our users!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So easy to create approved content for our users/franchisees. They are loving that they don't have to do it themselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Are you looking for a platform to easily share SM content across multiple locations? Want to fill a calendar with posts months in advance? Are you looking for a user-friendly platform? SOCi has it all!

Nothing, I have been using it without any complaints or issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I do not have to take time from my day to post social media content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Soci it meets all my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it most helpful I do not have to take time from my day to keep up with the social media posting as Soci does it all for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have no time for posts on social media I recomment Soci

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I like most about Soci is that you can review and approve the content before it goes live online. There is a peak time scheduling feature available which uploads your content automatically at 6:00 pm always. Soci converts the images for users. Its the best way for easy posting on insta, Facebook, tweeter etc. It enables to schedule and upload content on all social networking platform at same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its mobile applications Soci Go is not interesting and difficult to use every day. I also don't like when a post is scheduled, to adjust the time you have to adjust the time. I wonder that a small business option should be given to maybe strike a lifetime deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made social media posting and scheduling very easy for me. I love being able to search quickly to see how we are doing on the review platforms. Being able to easily filter by date, platform or key words. I specifically like the ability to schedule on all the social media platforms at same time, its time saving software.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out social media posts and also seeing peak follower times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to date that I dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage multiple social media platforms in one place, including Google My Business, which a lot of platforms do not include. This has allowed me to realize an increase in business from Google searches.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about how you communicate with guests and followers across all media platforms, and use SOCi to plan accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Posting to Social media is usually a task that I have to plan for because posting to all platforms takes time. Soci makes it easy to post on all platforms quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still not 100% sure of how to use all the analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a time saver for sure.
