Easy to post
What do you like best about the product?
I can post and schedule the future post at my preferred time and date. I can post on google, Facebook and Instagram at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram only allows 4 pictures for each post, and google will only shows the first picture. I wish these two platforms can do multiple pictures at one time like the Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Future posting. I can see three platforms in SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that we have the support of our SOCi Rep - Liz Birnbaum. She is fantastic. Always is well prepared for our calls, has detailed information to share with us during each quarterly review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is such a robust platform, it can be time consuming to get new clients onboarded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a social media platform to provide to our clients. We are a content creation company.

Not much! I would say the mobile version could be optimized better

What do you like best about the product?
My business has obtained hundreds of reviews since starting with SOCI making my business top of the list for searches. Has increased my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a marketing person who doesn't know how or have access to login and create posts. Maybe a training thing??
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Request for reviews no longer comes from office staff, the benefits are time savings, and business increase.

If you are interested in being top of the google search list, want to increase business visibility and be top of your social game.... go SOCi
Super Platform to Allow You to Advertise More in Less Time
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Soci is that it allows you to create and post ads across all platforms saving you very valuable time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found nothing in the platform that I dislike so far.

It saves me tons of time.

I love the ease of using soci to meet our social media needs. The platform is easy to use and has a great FAQ section for new users. The scheduling makes our social media a breeze. I also love that they have a dedicated team to help when we have questions
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I cannot think of anything I dislike about soci. It has met and exceeded my needs for our facebook. I continue learning new uses for soci everytime I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media content and having a consistent approach are two problems we have solved by using soci. We are slowly building our audience and are using tips that soci has provided to do so

My recommendation is to do a consultation to make sure they fit your needs. They've exceeded expectations for me so far.
Everything You Need in One Place!
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about SOCi is that it allows me to accomplish with a single platform what previously required three separate tools. I rely on it for social media scheduling, reputation management, and gathering insights. We also use SOCi to automate posts for our more than 50 franchises through the community calendar feature. This is especially helpful because franchises have the flexibility to opt in for additional content or opt out and continue sharing their own organic posts as they prefer. The SOCi team provides excellent customer support and is always ready to assist us, whether by guiding us through existing features or by developing entirely new reports tailored to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I find frustrating is that the "peak time" feature in the social media scheduling tool consistently defaults to 6:00 pm. I'm not sure how this feature determines the optimal time, or why it always selects this particular hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am addressing the issue of wasting both time and money by relying on multiple software solutions to accomplish tasks that Soci can handle within a single platform. Soci offers our newer franchises the chance to share content and social posts, even if they do not yet have a dedicated marketer on their team.
Perfect for the person who wears multiple hats
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very helpful for scheduling posts across multiple platforms and tracking data for posts, all convo entry located within the same site! For positions that have many moving parts, SOCi takes the stress out!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tag section of posts is helpful, but can be confusing when add hashtags to post. Sometimes the insights vary with what direct social media sights show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking insights from posts across all platforms and having a historical record to see any trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve, but once you have familiarized yourself with all the tools available, it's smooth sailing from there!
