Listings Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The platform itself is very easy to use when managing our listings. It's very straight forward and you don't have to fish around too long to find what you need. Even when you don't know how to do something, SOCi support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I think the social aspect of SOCi could use some work. It's a little confusing to get the hang of and use effectively. It takes a lot of patience and time, but once you figure it out, it's not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily they're solving the issue of listings management for us. They consolidate everything into one platform and make it very easy to manage listings for all 75 of our locations. Having one source of truth for all this information is incredibly helpful to us, and also ensures that our guests are getting correct and up to date information when they're viewing our listings.
Helpful for seeing multiple platforms at once
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to manage both Facebook and Instagram all in the same place. It is helpful for seeing all google revies that come through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had some difficulty with uploading things into SOCI to post

Being able to post to multiple platforms from the same space

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to manage ads both on a local and national level, and the shared albums.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit multiple platforms versions of the same post in one spot, rather than having to click into each individual post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using soci as the child in a parent-child relationship. Content is produced at a macro level and then shared with many users to review, change and manage deployment. We are also able to take advantage of the larger organization's ad budget by sharing our ad account with them and having them boost posts on our behalf.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy calendar to work with and AI suggestions for responses

Sometimes the AI responses are repetitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Puts all reviews together chronologically in one place which is easier than using Google.
Makes marketing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule a post across multiple different platforms. It's also extremely convenient being able to see all interactions in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is helping with time management and marketing. Drafting and uploading posts takes a lot of time. If I had to go to each website individually, I'd end up spending way too much time on it. With SOCi it takes me not even a 3rd of the time to create a successful post.
Easy Review Tracking Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one platform that enables us to track reviews and other comments from customers over a variety of different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit confusing as we started using it, but after a period of adjustment it has become easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps manage reviews and customer comments. It allows us to manage these aspects of the variety of social media platforms in one single place preventing us from the need to track each, individual platform to do this funtion.

What do you like best about the product?
We get up to the minute notifications of any review activity, which helps us quickly thank customers, or address any issues that may have caused a customer to respond negatively.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints. Maybe more soliciting of reviews from our customers?

Growth, more reviews, positive ones, grow our business exponentially.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has been very helpful in managing our social media. It’s nice having everything in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I like everything about Soci and haven’t had any things I dislike.

I like having everything in one spot
Too generic
What do you like best about the product?
It automates posting on my social feeds, including my Google Business page that wants content posted for SEO that I'd never do myself, so that part is great. You can put social posting on autopilot.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone clicks the link, it's very obvious it was an automated post I did not create. Social media content needs to be more genuine and this doesn't do that for you. The other issue is that 200,000 other people are posting the same exact content. Nothing is customized or unique to you, and all the research shows these kinds of posts turn off people and kill engagement. I actually stopped Facebook for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets content in social feeds that helps Google with SEO as it looks at your active level as part of the algorithm, but it also knows this is not unique content which hurts your SEO in the long run.
Great Platform for Planning and Organizing Content
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been a great tool for managing our social media content. I love how easy it is to create and schedule posts well in advance, which helps us stay consistent and organized with our marketing. It’s user-friendly and a huge time-saver for our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there is nothing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI helps solve the problem of inconsistent posting and the time-consuming task of managing multiple social media platforms separately. As a property manager, my days can get unexpectedly busy, and having content scheduled in advance keeps our marketing efforts consistent. It’s a huge time-saver and allows me to post across multiple platforms all at once, which keeps our messaging streamlined and effective.
