What do you like best about the product?
I like how soci integrates all of our social channels into one central location. Makes everything easy to navigate and monitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. The platform soci has created as simplified everything. Created one central hub for us to manage all of our social channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and timely responses to members that respond to our social posts. We can also plan out our social posts through the scheduling post feature.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of logging in and easily accessing my stores
What do you dislike about the product?
It used to unlink the Instagram accounts, but now that seems to have been corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tedious work of posting content to all our stores is made easier via this platform. I'm much more productive!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would tell others to take the leap and just do it. I love this platform!
Easy Way to Connect with Customers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of using SOCi and simple the content creator is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag of time when posting content or posting at inccorect times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems include the lagging of time from when I post to when it goes live on my platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has been so helpful throughout the process of launching our franchise. It's easy to navigate and everyone on the team has been informative and quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that are important to mention - I think maybe one thing that would be helpful would be more images to choose from for social posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Copy and frequency/best time to post. SOCi really helps make it easy and straightforward. No guessing with metrics and time of day, etc! Really helpful. Has grown our engagement remarkably!
Great Centralized Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all of my reviews/feedbacks from all of my customers in one location. This helps me stay organized and on top of responding to all customers
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that makes SOCi tough is that if I respond to a review on Google or Facebook through those websites, SOCi still marks it as unresponded to. Which then makes it hard to separate what is new.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not missing any more reviews or feedbacks any more! I can see the trends of the customers at the store as well.
Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci consolidates all of our reviews in one place. It makes it easier to view and respond to each one. It is also nice that there are generated responses to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I don't like about Soci. It is very user-friendly and convenient. Maybe a way to see bad reviews before them posting to other outlets because some bad reviews are residents who have work orders that management was not yet aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had a few reviews from residents that I didn't know were having issues. It is also nice to see residents respond positively, especially from residents we don't see or hear from in the office.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an easy platform to use and keep track of. It is also inexpensive so I think it's worth having.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that SOCi allows you to select the "peak" time for your social media content to be posted. I love using the scheduling tool it makes my life so much easier when I'm planned to be out of the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike about SOCi is that there isn't an option to view what the image will look like on Instagram prior to scheduling it to post. I wish it would allow you to "view" it in a mock feed post so you can see if you should adjust the borders or crop it differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SOCi, I am able to not worry about getting last minute social posts up because I can schedule them for time away or when I am on vacation. It also gives great data insight with the monthly reports.

SOCi has been a big time saver when it comes to getting your name out on social media.
What do you like best about the product?
The scheduled posts to social media sites are all done with little to no effort on your part.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found anything that I dislike about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem SOCi assists me with is time. SOCi gives me the time to concentrate on other important aspects of my business instead of posting to social media.
