Love using Soci, very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it very easy to navigate through it and post to different social network platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
A chat box would be helpful to ask questions with a faster response.

Nothing at this moment. All is good.

I think every company or business needs it because it will increase your traffic and customer engagement
Soci has been a great tool for me to plan out all my social posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like to schedule my posts on my computer or through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I schedule my posts, they don't post, a disconnection happens where my Instagram post doesn't go through, but my FB one does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives me back time in a day, being able to schedule posts weeks or months ahead.
Great way to manager social media outlets
What do you like best about the product?
The accessibility to all social media outlets in one website. We are able to respond to review, comments, and set up ads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would sync to yelp as well instead of having to link up to the yelp website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being responsive and delegating to the team.
Loved using Soci. Made my leasing and marketing much easier.

Planning ahead and scheduling was helpful. I also loved the anaylytics that came with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was constant changes with social networks that caused Soci not to be available at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It run a marketing team for a student housing property, so having the ability to allow everyone to schedule at their own pace was great.
Love SOCI because you can plan out the Social Media posts as far as you want. It is easy to use.

It's easy and I schedule posts a month ahead! It connects to Canva so I can create unique posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects from the Facebook account but it reconnects fast.

No problems right now. Benefits have been easy scheduling and posting on social media accounts

What do you like best about the product?
They are so quick to respond to all reviews and are very professional with all responses. I love that the workload is taken off from the onsite team when posting social media posts and responding to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Nothing missing from the product offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Residents now feel comfortable voicing their concerns rather than keeping quiet and just reviewing about it.

Greatest bemifit was interacting with prospective and residents.
Incredibly helpful for a busy life
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes my life so much easier by automatically posting content on my behalf. For the days that I cannot squeeze in the time, SOCI has it covered. I find myself reading my own posts at the end of the day and discovering new travel ideas that I can offer to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is no downside to SOCI. Perhaps a function to direct content to a specific type of posting ie beach or cruises during spring break, would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! Time is the biggest benefit to SOCI. In the midst of a hectic day, you don't have to worry about posting content, and your audience is being attended to even when you forget.
It is informative and provides a lot of important information through easy to read graphs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout and the graphs. This is the most helpful.

The is nothing that I see as a downside.

What is being solved is the insight portion to show the best platform that is being used. This benefits what more people tend to use.
