Love SOCi
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to schedule whenever we want!
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view is a little clunky, but it works

Scheduling posting on social. So it is done in advance

What do you like best about the product?
Only have to create the post once and then you can reuse the same one if needed with the same hashtags rather than typing them all in again and can post to multiple social media platforms at once and also schedule for different times if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The messaging functions as I would just go to the app the person has messaged on as we have to be specific when putting stuff in where information has come from on the notes for a persons account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are that saves times as I don't have to post the same thing on multiple social media platforms and I can reuse previous posts again if I want to rather than typing everything in again.
SOCi has helped improve efficiency, giving us a quick and comprehensive overview of marketing.

The best part of SOCi is the way it integrates with other websites like Facebook and Instagram, especially inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature that is annoying is the way reviews that get updates from customers will get marked "resolved" since they've been responded to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems of tracking large amounts of inbox traffic as well as review traffic.

Getting it as connected as possible to other websites is crucial.

The reports provide very useful information. Scheduling content is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most features are pretty user-friendly; not a lot to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Soci,having a professional social media presence is easy. Now, we no longer have to struggle to provide content or else not have any if time doesn't permit.
We haven't noticed a business increase, but we have seen an increase in Facebook likes and views.

This is a needed app for business marketing
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to log in to and manage multiple social media accounts at once. You can set up recurrent and scheduled posts and it gives a lot of information about your social media presence that you might not otherwise know.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a general aversion to social media, so I tend to forget to use SOCi. I'm sure if I used it more, I'd have more engagement, and my stats would look better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the fact that I avoid social media, SOCi is probably the only reason I have social media presence at all. SOCi saves me time by allowing me to set up posts there instead of going in to each site.

Soci is the ideal solution for social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's so easy to schedule my social media posts as well as what my Home Office schedules for me! I also enjoy the Canve inegration and the ease of posting to multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little about Soci that I have to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am waiting for them to integrate with all of my social media platforms so it truly becomes a one-stop shop.

I love how it is so easy to post content, to review the content, and to make sure that it is distributed well and accordingly

I dislike all of the notifications sometimes but it is helpful when needed

being able to manage, contribute, and expand content more thoroughly
Easy for any user
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time. It is easy to plan your posts in advance, respond to comments and so much more. There is no need to log into your social media account if you don't want to.

There is nothing that I dislike about SOCi
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time, not only posting on my social media, but because I do not need to log into my social media, it saves me a lot of time going through the social media rabbit hole and wasting precious time.

Soci is fairly easy to use. Once you use a few times it becomes easier.

When adding hashtags you have to add one at a time.
