Great tool for beginners and experts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilities. Everything I need to do within social, I'm able to do with Soci.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just need to be able to add videos to insta!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a transparency issue we had before by using SOci.
Overall great platform for scheduling posts!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can geo-tag locations and can now post to GMB. I like the convenience of it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like there are glitches every other month or so. I dislike that you can't schedule reels on Instagram or that you can't post videos to LinkedIn and GMB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting aspect is great benefit for our clients so they can check out their performance. Also the reviews section is great!
Great Social Media Management Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of SOCi is that it is user-friendly and makes scheduling posts for our clients a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only two complaints about the platform are that I cannot get push notifications to my phone for messages, and if the name of a Facebook page is too long, I can't search for it to tag that business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time using SOCi to schedule posts for our clients. I love its ability to choose the time of a post, respond to comments and messages directly from the dashboard.

One of the best + still unknown software providers in the marketing industry
What do you like best about the product?
The range of abilities in just one platform! We use SOCI every single day and was able to drop 3 other vendors and save 25% in monthly operating expenses from switching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two years ago we were still waiting on SOCI to finish some features and capabilities but not anymore. This software has fully matured in the last 2 years we've used them.

Social media posting, boosting, reputation management!
So easy to stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how organized you can keep everything in Soci, especially for anyone who works within a franchise model. You can maintain numerous social channels for multiple businesses all in one place. I also like that you can run contests/giveaways right from the Soci platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook accounts can often get unlinked from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci helps me to maintain the social channels of over 300 independent businesses all in one place. It saves me so much time to be able to see an overview of everyone's stats without having to leave the platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The level of support that Soci provides is unmatched. There is a preliminary "Soci University" of training videos that you can watch to learn the platform, which are very simple and helpful. After that, representatives will help you as much as you need to keep your account running smoothly. They are clearly subject matter experts of their platform and they are always willing to jump on a call or screen-share to show you how to do something within Soci.
Social Management for Non-Marketing People
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi solves a problem for us because it is built for multi-location businesses, enabling the local teams to post to their own social pages using templates and easy to use tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be a little easier to use. I wish there were better onboarding tools for end users. I wish it could be used to create Facebook events, but I know that's more of Facebook's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi steps in where the Facebook apps and website don't cut it.

Make a good implementation plan!

SOCI is awesome if you need to manage social for a large number of internal accounts. It’s easy to manage a Salesforce social strategy, and simple to set up divisions, regions, branches, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the need to re-authenticate your account with various social channels periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage large numbers off social accounts, share creative, do social listening and customer service in a cost-effective platform.

Great alternative to more popular, expensive platforms.
SOCi is a game changer!

The tool is very user friendly, quite intuitive, and has so much functionality for your social needs
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about SOCi. The one hindrance if anything, is having to re-link your LinkedIn account every 60 days but I believe that is LinkedIn's requirements and not SOCi's
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many benefits to SOCi. For starters it has allowed us to get fresh content to over 150 different accounts on a consistent basis. Because of this, we have seen a dramatic increase in engagement and have had many new clients connect with us through our social efforts. Additionally, our coaches love the tool because it's a time saver for all of their activity and they can reply back to comments all from one spot. Last, their customer support is top notch!

Innovation, future sightedness and constant upgrading of features and underlying technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs have increased significantly over time. More customization in terms of features would provide users more flexibility to sign up.

reputation management & Multi-location social media with content management are very easy & intuitive with SOCi
