i like soci alot

The lagging for reviews to pop up takes a bit

we are able to connect with residents and get issues resolved
SOCi makes Multi-Store Social Media Management easy!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is being able to schedule posts across all of your locations. You can even group locations together in multiple ways so that you can post only to those in the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the features available on Facebook are not available on SOCi. For example, you can't check in to a location or tag products in your product catalog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One big problem that SOCi solved was being able to answer reviews across Facebook, Yelp, and Google for Business. SOCi makes it fast and easy to respond to every review. I hope they add NextDoor soon!
Good information but it moves kind of slow

Video content for reposting on my business's social media page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed and could always use more content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supplies additional content that is helpful for my customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great content. Scheduling is good for someone who is not social media savy, but not very customizable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Soci dashboard display post analytics, schedule posts in three different layouts, and it's the ability to have a media library for content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not customize content for each channel under one post. Audiences created in FB are not transferred over to Soci for boosting.

With one post, I can target all social media accounts. The system is user friendly and help keep social media post organized while combining many social memdia accounts.

I would love to have access to crop photos.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is user-friendly for a group that has more than one marketing admin. It allows a streamlined communication among the team, saving time and reducing the amount of emails back and forth to work on a project or campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not a dislike, just a suggestion for additional functionality. It would be great if, while creating content on the site thorugh Canva, if it would give an option to auto format into a flyer that could be utilized in an email marketing campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SOCi program allows admins to keep track of everything going on related to social media within the organization. Rather than scheduling multiple meetings to ensure that targets are met, we are able to log in and check progress. This saves so much time!

That you are doing the targeted advertisement and I have time to focus on operations in the center.

Post the achievements of my students on multiple apps once. (Facebook, Linkedin, etc)

SOCi streamlines our marketing processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful tool that I use in SOCi is scheduling across multiple store accounts. Broadcasting specific messages across all of our channels makes a cohesive voice. Another thing I really enjoy is the ability to send all of the engagements and reviews directly to my phone so that I'm not missing any of the customer comments, questions, or reviews. This has helped us get our review response time down tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about SOCi, however, there are areas for improvement. One is the ability to see real-time results of lead generation happening from boosted or paid ads. Having to wait for updated results is a bit of a downfall, but nothing that can't be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A feature that I would like to see added is the ability to pre-schedule story posts for both Instagram and Facebook. One of the great benefits is tracking review sentiment. I can see if our team is having an off week or an awesome week just by viewing the graphs at both of the insights on conversations. Another feature I'm starting to enjoy is the Reporting Suite. I think that there are still several other reports to be added, but this has been a welcomed tool to be able to present the work we're doing in marketing to the rest of the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This company is a favorite among the rest when it comes to effectively and efficiently handling your social media marketing strategy. Their ability to track boosted, paid, and organic insights and provide timely notifications for customer interactions has allowed our presence on social media to grow exponentially. Their customer support and willingness to take in feedback is proven time and again with great new features, BETA testing for top users, and more. A great tool for all your marketing needs.
Easy to Use & Manage
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is easy to natigave, and managing social media accounts has never been easier! We love the function of being able to schedule posts. Having the option to select which account you want to post to from the page is, honestly, a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't been able to get the reviews to work. It would be nice to see a "notification" on the dashboard to see new comments and other information!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us stay on top of our social media accounts and reach our goals. We are more productive with posting because it takes a couple of minutes to make each post!
