Soci is Awesome Sauce

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule posts in one place without having to log in and out of each social platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to make edits to every single platform if you change one caption or image for the same day. If the post was created with all platforms selected, it would be easier to allow the edits to reflect the same platforms as an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time management, productivity concerns, and organization.

Streamlined Social Planning Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The entire SOCi platform is very streamlined, and easy to use. We manage social media for many clients, and other programs were confusing and hard to manage. SOCi has been so much better with a clear layout and tools. Another bonus is the Reputation tools. This has added to the services we offer our clients and makes responding to reviews so much easier. We can do this all in one place as opposed to logging onto all the individual platforms. Another benefit of SOCi is the access to their team members. We have a dedicated rep who meets once a month and offers insight, updates on the program improvements, and answers our questions. If we have a suggestion or problem, she handles it. Their team takes our suggestions and uses them to improve the platform. I would highly recommend SOCi to agencies that manage a large number of social media clients for ease of use and level of customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the limit on the number of locations for the price is a bit restrictive. However, SOCi has worked with us to meet our needs as a growing agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Reputation aspect has allowed our agency to offer a new service for Reputation Management. This is incredibly beneficial for clients and for our agency as other businesses aren't offering this. We offer SEO services and being able to respond to Google reviews quickly on the SOCi platform helps keep our SEO results higher.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is relatively easy to use and helps streamline approvals when multiple people are involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of capabilities that still haven't rolled out like video and gallery on Instagram
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really helped with streamlining approval process and also helped clients feel more involved in the posting process.

A robust platform

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has various different integrations that are extremely necessary to our industry. Having both social and reputation management is not something you find in many platforms making that what we like best about SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platforms limitations- not letting you directly answer to reviews for some sites, not having story capabilities, linking events is a struggle. There are small bits of the platform that cause frustration that all together create dislike at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to create a whole program for our company where various different managers and departments can have access to their online presence and control how it is depicted versus solely being done by corporate and in turn seeming very cold.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a one stop spot for all of your social and reputation management SOCi is a great tool. Be sure that it has capability of whatever it is your company needs, but overall I am sure they are open to working with you to make their platform work for whatever it is that you need.

Best Social Media Scheduling Platform

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has helped our company immensely. The platform is the perfect place for our team as well as our clients, to create, schedule and manage their social media content effectively. Everything is in one visually appealing, easy to use platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some issues - not with the platform, with social media networks - that effect the platform. When there is a Facebook or Instagram outage, it does affect the scheduling and sending of posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our clients are able to login to one dashboard and see all their social networks, scheduled posts, analytics and so much more. Everything is in one visually appealing, easy to use platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are both internal and client accept/reject buttons because that allows me to easily proofread every single post and explain why I rejected it and what needs to change. As the copywriter, I'm not directly involved with post creation, but I have to approve everything, so this feature makes it easy PLUS lets the creators know what the change was.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that if a post is copied, when you made an edit on a Facebook post, it made the edit on the Instagram and Twitter posts as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has streamlined our process for proofreading and editing, both internally and in relation to the client. We love having the accept/reject option!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that as you're evaluating SOCi, compare features one by one... for the price, I would bet that SOCi wins out on every single one.

SOCi is a Great Scheduling Tool for Clients with Different Verticals

What do you like best about the product?
What we found was the most useful piece of SOCi is having the ability to create posting plans. You can create libraries of content that gets auto scheduled on the days and times you assign. Our clients can choose which content libraries to opt into to better diversify their content.

On top of that being an important feature, we have found SOCi customer support to be outstanding! They are always there when we have questions and are able to walk us through things in an understandable way.

The only reason I gave SOCi a 9 instead of a 10 is that the review acquisition piece of their program is lacking. Currently, you can only ask for Facebook reviews. There are other products out there, like Broadly, that specialize in getting clients reviews and you can ask for reviews to be left on Google or Yelp. Reviews are incredibly important to our client's SEO, so we were a little disappointed that SOCi didn't have plans to update this part of their offering.

However, SOCi is an excellent social media scheduling tool and data tool. The social data and review reports that we have been able to put together for clients has been fantastic. If you're looking for a great social tool, SOCi covers all the bases.

Our clients want their content more custom to their vertical. With SOCi's posting plans we are able to do that easily and seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it simple to manage multiple social profiles for multiple different locations. The features provided in soci basically make it my one-stop social media spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with the performance or current features of Soci. I think the only thing I can think of for improvement would be to have the group reports be something more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has tended to cut my man hours on posting to multiple pages nearly in half. Sometimes we have issues using the csv upload feature for creating content plans, but fortunately those issues are easily corrected.

What do you like best about the product?
SoCi is a platform that makes scheduling extremely easy when you have multiple accounts to manage. It provides useful analytics and the reps that provide help are extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a while to upload videos. Posts do take a while to appear on the actual platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With SoCi we are able to manage multiple accounts at once while delivering the correct message in a timely manner. It has saved the team a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to save time scheduling posts, SoCi is the platform to go with. It provides useful analytics to see performances of posts.

The expanded social media posting platform that is breaking ground

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great tool to plan posts and keep all your content together in one place. Instead of having multiple excel and word documents to keep my content straight it all fits in SOCi saving me time and headaches. The library feature allows you to organize content with tags that you can pull from at a later date. This makes it easy to have multiple accounts that might have similar posting themes or content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The libraries you create cannot be broken up into folders. This can cause pages and pages of libraries which can cause a chaotic look to the platform at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create post plans for smaller accounts and not have to create content for the rest of the month which is efficient when you have larger accounts that are consistently changing.
The benefit of the discover tab is something that helps when your brain just cannot come up with anymore content (happens to all of us).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SOCi is the right platform if you have multiple accounts all over the country. It is the Ferrari of social media posting platforms.
