Great, but hard to get the hang of

What do you like best about the product?
I love the insights page and being able to see stats across multiple social media platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is sometimes hard to find what I want in the libraries. I also do not know how to use a lot of the features within Soci and am not aware of any tutorials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am pulling images from Soci and using them to make more professional-looking marketing items

it's fitting to our brand, the posts are relatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
about scheduling my own post, can't resize my pictures to work on both platforms

reaching out some of our inactive members, they enjoyed the post about nutrition. they started to come in after a post from soci

I like that it posts to more than one platform by the click of a button

You can only upload 4 pictures at a time, it would be better if we could upload more

What do you like best about the product?
The content that is available to use for posts is diverse and convenient. The ability to post to several social platforms at the same time makes it very efficient and saves me time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to post direct to sites without uploading photos is cumbersome. It would be nice to be able to have logins to post through SOCi using a more streamlined instant posting tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posting in an efficient and convenient manner. This allows us to connect with residents and community partners to retain residents and build connections in the area.

Easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. and the tracking of social interactions. it is very user-friendly - no learning curve to start using. I have not used a competitor but SOCI is great

when editing for instagram i wish it would automatically format to fit the post instead of not posting if the dimensions are not correct for an instagram feed .

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling in advance and calendar view. I like calendar view. It's easy to schedule strategically. Facebook and instagram are used. Compares similarly to Facebook
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't think anything is missing. Works smoothly in my opinion. We use it daily and don't have any issues. Seamless. Good service too. Thanks! I appreciate the survey
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling in advance is super helpful for a small but mighty team because we can all see what social is being pushed at any time so we don't overlap in content.

What do you like best about the product?
they plan out 3 posts a week which makes it easier to spend my week on other tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
that you cant post multiple posts to Instagram, but they are working on that!
