What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it makes my life. It makes marketing a lot easier on the property manager side of things. It's also great because it sends out surveys for my residents to complete and makes it really easy for them to let us know how we're doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me know what I can do better and tells me what my team is doing well.

What do you like best about the product?
My account rep, Steven Goff, has been flexible, accommodating and professional. There's been many times when I've had to change a meeting time or send an email asking obscure questions at odd hours. I also appreciate that SOCi isn't stagnant: every few months a new, useful feature gets rolled out that makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a fault on SOCi, but getting Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and all their associated services to work together and "play nice" in one dashboard does result in some hiccups sometimes. That said, I've never encountered anything that was debilitating or not promptly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering a cohesive brand identity across over a dozen different managed accounts has been crucial. The reporting and analytics feature has also been great as a sounding rod to measure and guide growth and engagement across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use interface, that is very user friendly! We use it for all of our owner's sites, and it makes responding to resident and possible prospect reviews very simple! I like that we have all of our social media accounts in one place, so I only have to log in to Soci to answer most things, and it's submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming to see how many features it actually has - lots of buttons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're answering reviews more timely, and are not missing any. This tool makes streamlining responses very easy!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait! Add this to your budget, and get to using it. It's a great tool, that has revolutionized how we respond to reviews and commentary from any source.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and pretty self explanatory. I like how easily accessible the system is and how you have many options to choose from
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything i can say per say that I dislike about SOCI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to access all reviews and look at graphs of opinions on my property. I also have access to other advertising avenues that are linked to my property.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SOCI is a very user friendly platform to manage all advertising for your property.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to now link Canva and preschedule posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is latency with the website when trying to schedule posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The website is a resource to allow social media posting to be scheduled in advance. Benefits I have found are from using the reputation tab and drilling into the competition tab to see my comps average ratings, reviews and response times to compare to how my team is doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Soci is definitely user friendly. It makes the social media aspect much easier to manager.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a single portal to post content on multiple social media pages is extremely convenient. I also love that it pull in reviews from all those sources and allows you to reply right inside the portal to them rather than visiting a dozen sites daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few ads and websites that are not integrated and I have to post review content separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Management. I love that I can post content well ahead for delivery so I am not caught out by daily posting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I love the one stop shop features of the platform. Take the time to consider their curated content package it was a great time saver for us!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how responsive they are to getting your review responses posted. They also inquire a little backstory so they can best reply to that specific review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues or reasons to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Given with everything a property management team has to endure on a day to day basis, they give us the peace of mind that this is one task thta can always be checked off.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling posts to Facebook on certain days and times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does NOT post to Instagram. I have been having issues for two months and I am NOT getting help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posts to Facebook are being scheduled out so they are not getting forgotten on times they should be posted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Could be easier to use. Still missing some features and does not post on Instagram.

Very simple and user friendly to keep track of reviews and post content to social sites

Sometimes reviews don't show in order of when they come in. Or past ones will appear as new ones.

Easily posting to each of our business' Facebook pages at once for time saving and hassle free work

If you have multiple Facebook pages, Instagrams, Google accounts- highly recommend to increase your efficiency in posting and scheduling out content
