Great for managing multiple locations

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage multiple locations is great. My company is also a part of the beta test for reporting dashboards that will be a really helpful feature once they are available to everyone. The dashboards currently show if the location has met the set goals for posts per week, review response, and engagement response. Its very helpful for the local social media managers to be able to easily see if they're hitting their goals or not, and if they're not, the dashboard links directly to where they need to go to fix the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of technical glitches and I don't love the UI. New users often find the layout confusing. A lot of what I dislike about using SOCi is just due to social media platform's rules about posting using 3rd parties. For example, LinkedIn does not allow you to post videos using a 3rd party so we still have to log in and post those natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to manage multiple locations in one tool. The reporting gives us visibility into the success of our content that we wouldn't have if we just posted natively. SOCi also helps centralize our review management. Instead of getting notifications from Yelp, GMB, BBB, etc, we can just get notifications from SOCi for all of those platforms. It's very easy to look at reviews across platforms using SOCi.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule content and forget about it so you can spend your time on other aspect of your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything at this time except for the renewal of your links/passwords to you social media accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping social media active with current and relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider this a great time management tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the templates that SOCI provides for customer feedback. It's so hard to reply to reviews with original responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is hard to read and SOCI university didn't give me all the tools I need to make the most of it. But I'm learning...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to get my social media ad campaigns started. I tried it on my own, but it is a little complicated. I'm hoping SOCI can help me make it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi allows me to schedule my post and respond to reviews easily

Doesn't allow me to post multiple graphics for Instagram in one post

It helps plan my post weeks in advance so I don't have to worry if I post that day or week.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do everything inside of SOCi and so far in advance. I appreciate that the snapshot of my business is always up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot schedule swipe posts. I think that having flexibility to post different types of images would be exellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent social posting and scheduling specials, etc. The platform saves me and my team valuable time and resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I can't remember a time that handling social was any easier. I like that I can look at posts before my staff clicks "post" and edit and change as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the new function with the posts on the side so you can see if each account has already used that post and easily slide it over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnect it has with Instagram and Google where it won't always post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on multiple accounts and move around the posts in the calendar.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how responsive every team member is. They are always finding ways to best serve us as a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note as a "dislike". I only wish our leasing agents would utilize SOCi and all of its features to their fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help maintain a consistent flow of content for our communities that struggle with posting weekly.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI and their team are highly professional and always deliver outstanding service. They have really made a difference with helping our Reputation positively grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their profile is very robust and easy to navigate...there is really nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our Reputation Management. Our company has many properties and is continuing to grow. SOCI has helped create an organized system of answering and approving reviews. I can share feedback with my teams and tackle any issues right away. The benefit of having trained representatives answer our online reviews is knowing our residents are always taken care of right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we have a direct contact to reach out to. This is very helpful and not so common now days. It makes the experience feel more personalized and we know we have a great team that will help us with any ideas and new content we would like to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had direct access myself to utilize the account from my phone, but I know this is contingent upon our company's guidelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime we see a duplicate post that is about to send we notify the team, but it's not too often. The benefits is how fast they respond and how attentive and supportive the team is.
