Soci is very good for social media and responding to both negative and positive reviews.

Soci notification that a review is posted.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immediate response to a negative or positive review. Sometimes I wouldn't see the message for a couple of days but with notification, I immediately know.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Helps with notification of reviews.
Soci has expanded options but would like to see more personalized data and accuracy.
What do you like best about the product?
Reviews feed easily. Teams can use social options. There are some simple exports of reviews. The platform has gotten better over the last 5 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on reviews is limited. Sentiment requires an AI read approach. The accuracy of things like review responses is invalid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Would love better reporting. I do feel there are extended benefits but have not had a moment to review some of the new features.

I prefer more proactive communication. I can't think of any downsides.

Ease of social network accounts management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Able to see a calendar view of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to create content inline and post it. Not able to add all social media accounts I like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of management of social network accounts for business. Approve or reject postings made by another person on our behalf.
Great way to stay on top!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of scheduling your posts across the different forms of social media. Also like being able to see the analytics to help keep our posts relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the site could use an update. Some of the ways to get ads boosted or creating libraries can be tedious to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci has helped build local branding on top of our national branding. Being able to connect with our local market helps us stay in tune to our employee and customer base.
Easy to use- 1 stop for all my needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage my social postings and my reputation in the same tool. I like that my franchisor can add content for me to use as I see fit in easy to access libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications sometimes are delayed. I like to respond to all engagements quickly. Sometimes postings fail and it's unclear why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can log in to 1 tool and schedule out all my social media posts, which is a big time saver for me. I can easily reply to all reviews and engagements quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you plan to manage your social yourself, this is a great tool to save you time. Just make sure to upload your creative content in easy-to-navigate folders.

SOCI has provided a HUGE social media boost, as well as help our teams better understand our client demographic!

I have not found anything about using SOCi that I dislike.

Posting to social media takes time which I don't really have so being able to set a schedule really helps.

The convenience of just putting a pic for the whole month and it just scheduling it for you.

The platform is user friendly. There are videos if you need help or have questions. The photo library is amazing as well.

I love everything about the platform. There is nothing I would change at this time.
