No More Social Media Marketing Problems!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they post for me and content that I love and the cost is very reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had an option to post for specific niches such as wellness or group travel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm no longer having to take time to schedule my posts. The benefit_TIME!

Multiple platform options. Perfect for getting it all done.

Nothing as of yet. I really enjoy this service.

Saving time, is the number one. Leaving more time for business and customer interactions

What do you like best about the product?
I am a relative newbie to social media, so it's extremely helpful to have SOCi as a backup to my own postings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a somewhat steep learning curve to interpreting the scoreboard, but they offer training modules, which are very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Facebook account was disconnected for a month before I realized it wasn't posting. I didn't know about the notice feature, but once I hooked that up, I am back up and running!

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the user-friendly dashboard and the number of clients I can manage on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't post stories through the dashboard.

I am able to track top-performing posts through SOCI.

What do you like best about the product?
How I can go to one platform and post to multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides, just need to make time to schedule out all your posts for the month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time from having to go to multiple social media sites and log in to each one separately.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Soci is that you can post on different social media at the same time and also respond to the comments in one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have anything that i dislike about Soci
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting social events on multiple social sites, you can do three or more social sites with Soci at the same time. Cutting time on posting events or things going on at the center.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a one stop place for social media, reviews and paid advertising. There is a content library and it makes collaborating across brands and locations easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts of working in the platforms it connects natively that you cannot do in Soci. The user interface is not always intuitive when it comes to switching between locations and groups. You cannot do mass updates across the brand without a spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are responding to reviews quicker and able to see the responses. We are posting more often to our platforms local pages. The locations are getting notified of every review on all platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to see the campaigns and approve to share in social media, plus I can see the performance of my site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to look for more training to get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can post easily to my facebook page, I was not doing it because of lack of time.
