Amazing way to promote our community and be able to create all of our social media posts in advance
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create on Canva what I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that so far, I have found nothing that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is being able to post on more than one social media page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must try SOCI. It is game changer for sure with social media.

Solving response times and ensuring we have not missed a response amongst our sites. We have been able to see everything in one place, which has helped and opened up our eyes!

The ease of scheduling and moving items around when needed.

I have hard time using the phone app...in particular when trying to review and do a custom reply to comments.

Social media scheduling. It is nice to line up content ahead of time so I don't feel like I am scrambling.

I like how the platform/main page is well organized and everything is easy to find and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always have trouble logging in and resetting my password, but I believe they resolved this bug.

The benefits are that it is easy and quick to use. It connects all social media. It really breaks down everything for me, my audience, followers, ads, etc.

Great software/application. Sure a detailed analysis of your social media platforms and audience. Good product.

Simplify your social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCi for its one-stop shopping experience to manage our businesses social media. I use it to access corporate libraries, and post to Facebook and Instagram, as well as replying to comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult to search for assert content. I have had a few issues responding to comments -- duplicate replies. They were promptly addressed by customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely more consistent posting and being able to batch amacheduke future posts! This enables me to work in weekly or monthly bursts and then monitor.
