Best thing? It just works.
What do you like best about the product?
In my business and with my portfolio speed is critical and time is of the essence. SOCi allows me to stay informed and engaged without having to jump through countless hoops, multiple logins, etc. It is clear on its capabilities and its value and executes it without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is that I didn’t know it existed until I worked here. This would have made previous jobs and tasks remarkably simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be impossible to keep my eye on every property and address issues as they occur without either carving out significant bandwidth or losing productivity or time in other areas. This solves that problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps me effectively use my time. I'm able to schedule out all of my social media posts for the week at one time and know that part of my marketing is done.

I would love to be able to use it on the app

Soci is helping with time management. I'm able to schedule all of my posts out for the week (or longer if I chose to).

It is a very good solution for managing all of a business's social media marketing platforms in one convenient location. I like the idea that I can schedule my posts well in advance so I can save my time.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCI has been extremely helpful and convenient to schedule posts for our business on all social media platforms. The fact that with the click of the button you can schedule posts to hit all platforms is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The last couple months I had a tough time scheduling a post to go out later in the day if it had already been scheduled on the calendar for an earlier time. Felt like it was a little tricky to navigate that but I figured it out.

EASY TO USE & MAKES POSTING EASY
What do you like best about the product?
I like the software as a whole! They make scheduling Social Media posts super easy. I can have an Instagram & Facebook post scheduled and rolled out in less than 5 minutes. The interface is super user-friendly and makes linking social media pages super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I would change about SOCi is the Discovery page. It would be super helpful if you could set a standard filter so that you get posts that match what your company offers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate SOCi for making social media management much more streamlined. It's wonderful that I can post the same content across different platforms, with the flexibility to tweak it as needed, all from one place. The setup was incredibly easy, thanks to the helpful guidance and support contact they provided. I also enjoy the ability to change post dates and times, adding hashtags, which gives me great control over my posts. Additionally, SOCi seamlessly integrates with Canva, allowing me to create and upload visuals effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that I cannot independently change the vendors that SOCi posts for me. Currently, it seems necessary to contact them directly if I wish to add or remove a vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SOCi for social media posting, allowing me to post the same content on multiple platforms with minor tweaks from one place, simplifying my process.
Reliable, Intuitive, and Perfect for Multi-Location Brands
What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly it is...I can post, schedule and manage our content across multiple social platforms from one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Images and the image library seem wonky. Also, bulk editing seems difficult...I don't often need this but when I do it is challenging.

It helps me streamline social media management across multiple locations/brands and across multiple social platforms. Instead of logging into various accounts, I can create, schedule, and monitor my posts from one place.
