The SOCi team was helpful in guiding me through the process. They were quick and prompt to help me. The training was thorough. Posting ads is easy! I love the freedom to manage my social media presence for my business. I highly recommend!

Learn a lot of good information that helps with posting and tips on what is best to use.

Some technical terms are used a lot and not a lot of elaboration on what those items are. Constantly having to ask to clarify.

SOCi is very beneficial for social media managers.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. I also appreciate that SOCi offers numerous resources for its users. I attend The SEO Juice monthly and always learn something that I didn't know before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. They can be a little bit finicky, and I seem to always have some sort of small problem when I use them.

I manage the social media for 9 different offices. SOCi helps me tremendously, and without it, I would not have enough time to get everything done.
