Everything You Need in One Place!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about SOCi is being able to do with one software what I used to do with three different software. I use it for social media scheduling, reputation management, and insights. We use it to automate posts for our 50+ franchises via the community calendar feature. It's great because franchises can opt-in if they would like the additional content, or opt-out and continue publishing their own organic content either way. SOCi's team is great with customer support and they are always willing to help us problem solve, whether it is walking us through existing features or creating entirely new reports for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that the "peak time" feature from social media scheduling seems to always automatically go to 6:00 pm. I don't know how this feature works or why it always chooses this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problem of wasting time and money using different softwares to do all the things that soci can do in one software. It is providing an opportunity for our newer franchises to still be able to share out content and social posts even if they don't have a dedicated marketer yet.
Perfect for the person who wears multiple hats
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very helpful for scheduling posts across multiple platforms and tracking data for posts, all convo entry located within the same site! For positions that have many moving parts, SOCi takes the stress out!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tag section of posts is helpful, but can be confusing when add hashtags to post. Sometimes the insights vary with what direct social media sights show.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking insights from posts across all platforms and having a historical record to see any trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a learning curve, but once you have familiarized yourself with all the tools available, it's smooth sailing from there!
Really great for managing my business
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about SOCi is how easy it is to reply to the reviews our customers leave. I love that they generate responses based on the review that was left. I use them all the time and it makes the customer feel appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Going back to the automated review responses, I think they could offer a better variety. They could also get better at knowing what star the customer left in the review because sometimes they only leave a 4 star review and it generates a response saying "thanks for leaving us a 5-star review".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using SOCi we had people with bad grammar and unprofessional manners responding to reviews and it looked bad on our part. It has also really helped us get posts out more frequently and staying up to date with Ace flyers and sales currently going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to be able to schedule your social media posts out for the next month and be prepared for all the sales your company is apart of I would recommend using SOCI
SO Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling and posting to both Facebook and Instagram. SOCi has a lot of articles that cover varying interests available to share as well. I love sharing things like Good Housekeeping's holiday appetizer must-haves and, most recently, fun/unknown facts about Valentine's Day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Facebook offers functions like polls or questions when posting. Posting via SOCi eliminates this function. It would be great if the experience could be more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plain and simple: our public appearance and social interaction.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to consolidate a handful of your social platforms and reputation management (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, etc.), this is a GREAT service. Instead of signing into and keeping multiple tabs open in your browser, nearly everything is one tab, and it's so easy to use.
Excellent Time Savings Tool for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Feed Post Scheduler Tool. This is an excellent tool for the on site teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to post to stories (scheduled or not-scheduled). If we could do this, the tool would be a 10 out of 10.

Easy to use and plan
What do you like best about the product?
All of the platforms in one spot with an easy to view calendar of scheduled posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platforms (LI) disconnect regularly and require reauthentification. There is no pushed notification of the disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making posting consistent and saving time. It's easy with SOCi; without it I wouldn't post as frequently or consistenly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't want to pay someone else to do your social media for you, Soci makes it as easy and time efficient as possible to do it yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of making posts and having them land on all social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything to dislike about SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of SOCi is the ability to pre-plan all posts in advance to ensure proper engagement. There is no need to log on every day or on each platform to post to social media.

SOCi is a great platform to keep organized and prepared for Social Media posts. It gives insight into engagement and reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Using SOCI has simplified our social media posting process. We spend much less time preparing content & can spend that time in other areas of the business that need our attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have zero complaints thus far. We are happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. Being able to schedule ahead choosing the dates/times for the entire month is a major time saver for us!

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar/planning tool is our favorite function. This helps us to plan out the days and make sure that proper content is selected for each day/week/month. This also helps us ensure that days are not missed and saves us time in uploading our posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we don't have any issues with SOCi. It provides us with all the help we need and if we have problems, SOCi support helps us troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi has helped the most with time management. It is so much easier to spend time planning out posts for the next month at one time instead of posting to each platform separately each day.
Very Easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI is very useful. It allows me to schedule my post and not have to worry if the post will go out on time and in the manner its needed. I really like the interface and how easily it is to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to say about my dislikes of this platform. I enjoy it and how easy it is to navigate—no complaints about it and or its uses. I really can't find a dislike.

It has allowed us not to worry about our social media posting and all that comes with that. I can get them scheduled and planned out thoroughly once a week
