Missing Some Key Features
What do you like best about the product?
it was provided as part of signing on with our digital agency. It's fine for the basics. When we have a single location it is a snap to post across all platforms. Our division has 74 locations and it's easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is severely lacking. It really needs custom reporting built in tied to each location and cumulative stats as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know what I'd do without it. Not all the bells and whistles of some other tools but also makes it easier to learn and use.

Great tool and excellent support.

Checking the reports and the most active posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how to use all the features.I would love to see the total impressions on GOOGLE page.

Great Overall Program For Our Social Media Presence
What do you like best about the product?
With such a busy day-to-day schedule, having a platform that allows me to plan and release social media posts quickly makes my life a lot easier. I also love having one area to see all the engagement from recent posts to make interacting easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an easier way to pull up and utilize older hashtags and see how they are performing. This would help me gear my Instagram post to be more relevant to those seeing my posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one area to manage all of my social media accounts was the primary goal of this palteform. Having the ability to post to my Google Business account has been a great added benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to see every social media account on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could have been a little more user-friendly. Some of the metrics I found useless. I also would have enjoyed more templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DIdn't really experience problems. Was just sometimes not the easiest platform to use.

I like the drag and drop feature from libraries. I like the ability to schedule and choose which social you want it on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you drag from library, you can only delete the various socials and it is a pain instead of just unchecking that you dont want Google, for example, you have to delete it. I also don't like that you can't put videos for some things.

Ability to schedule multiple socials.

I like that they post for you. And the canva where I can make my own posts.

The timing is off. If you set for 10am it doesn't post till about noon

Posting enough content. And benefits would be that it gives a lot to choose from.
Great Tool for Multi-Location Platform Management
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to manage multiple franchise locations all at once. I love the ability to toggle which location quickly I want to manage and share content amongst locations when necessary. GMB review management is another strong feature, specifically the different canned review response options
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had some trouble with scheduling Instagram Reels from the platform. I realize this may be a formatting issue at times. Would like to see an integration with TikTok

Monitoring and managing multiple locations all from one central platform

The layout is easy to follow and find things. The site has guidance tools and makes it easy to access what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I click a button, the site is unresponsive, and I have to log out and then back in.

Quick, resourceful, and all my social components and in one easy location.
