What do you like best about the product?
They can pull relevant material down from Ace and help us build our FB page
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! Very easy to use system with lots of training
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a page on FB that runs itself with the help of SOCI as none of are very familiar with Marketing
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform to those who want to create more of a presence online.

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - especially connecting the social accounts is very intuitive. Scheduling is very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The twitter usability is lacking - we'd like to be able to more easily be able to schedule and repost some of the same posts from other channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving tons of time by scheduling posts in advance and then supplementing some in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do multiple things at the same time with Soci. Your daily tasks get done quicker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I get an email everytime there is a messenger conversation happening with the leasing person. Emails are too excessive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time that it takes to complete a task.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and has great content directed at our market audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little daunting to figure out, that being said the team has been very helpful in guiding us through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
developing new and refreshing content for my audience, and having opportunities to engage with potential clients and partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking data on FB and other social media platforms, with demographics, reviews, schedule of reviews, published content with text and photos, related blogs and conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a while to get used to all the flood of information- need to sort through what's relevant in each case and how to maximize the exposures. Still in the leading phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demographics and days of engagement with followers. Have not fully leveraged the financial benefits, but trending positively towards that.

What do you like best about the product?
The planner calendar is easy to use. Need to make it easier to remove a post that you accidentally selected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many cover images to choose from. It would be nice if there were posts created for each circular, including the Red Hot Buys. In March, I didn't see an option in the calendar for the paint sale that starts March 16th.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to post more consistently. We are going to try boosting in the spring.

What do you like best about the product?
Tosha is a dream to work with. When we first stared it was a struggle because our company had not done any work with social media. However now getting the feedback has helped us as a company grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform could be improved upon. It could be a little more sophisticated. The platform has a highly analytical and fundamental design. This is very different then what I envisioned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a company that uses marking as one of our core tools, it is important that we can get honest feedback about our employees and practices in order to grow day by day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to make sure your caseworker knows exactly what your company needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is top notch. They are quick to fix issues or answer questions. I love being able to link social media accounts, my google business and linkedin. The dashboard that shows peak engagement times is helpful to plan out my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my posts haven't been posting to social media accounts due to limits on hashtags, but soci doesn't limit it- it just shows it won't go through. I don't always see those issues before it's too late as some of the posts are scheduled by our corporate office and not me personally. The engagement sentiment is off sometimes. We have never had a negative review but it "recognized" a comment about one of our posts as negative, which was inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time posting to social media. Our accounts are linked through corporate so I can manage what they've posted and choose not to approve if something doesn't work in our market.

I really like that users can post to Facebook from Soci making everything in one place helps make the site user friendly and save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with the Soci platform.
