Efficient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for there to be a mixed social media strategy that includes our site teams, the content assist, and more specifically, hyper-local posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding process if your team is not prepared for the massive amounts of connections needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps our site teams focus on the human element, while providing relevant social content for our pages.
Best way to post for communites
What do you like best about the product?
ting up future post is the best feature so on a slow day I can plan 3 weeks out what to post

I have not found one thing that I have not liked about SOCi

I do not have any at this time! It fits all needs we have
Best Software For Socials
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Soci is that it allows you to create posts on its platform, which can then be distributed to multiple integrated listing services (ILS) and social media platforms. It's an innovative software solution that simplifies the posting process for teams without requiring credentials. I always recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post stories through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one posting software. I can also have my teams post without giving them login creditals
Helpful & Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Love that I can see everything on one dashboard and that I can respond. I use it every single day to make sure I am up to date on all reviews and requests for contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot to take in all one time when you first start using it but once you understand the system its easy to you!

Super Helpfu
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting suite is incredibly helpful in tracking social performance and has saved me tons of time since switching over to SOCi. Social scheduling is also a breeze. It's nice to feel heard and supported by our CSM as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depth of platform knowledge differs person to person within the support team, so some issues/tickets can take longer to resolve depending on the support agent that receives the ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social scheduling, review management, listing management and more. The main benefit is the simplification of these things.
Soci for Corporate Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule out posts across platforms and premade reports from all social accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is a bit clunky, certain features like not being able to post multiple photos on LinkedIn or removing IG posts has been frustrating. Not being able to confirm if a post is compliant for Google Business Profile has also been an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ebing able to consolidate social media into one platform has been great, saving time and money.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use way to provide fast marketing with posts and updating Google hours. I like the ability to have a calendar that shows posts and what platforms they are being posted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more options and ways to change things and had more info about posts or was linked to a website to provide templates for posts.

It allows me to review traffic on social media platforms and allows me to keep posts organized /

Effortless to Use, Highly Rated by Property Managers
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience of using SOCi. It was an easy process to set up, especially since much was handled by my corporate office. As an on-site property manager, I appreciate just needing login information to navigate our profile. The platform's capabilities to monitor online reviews, notify us when we have reviews, and its smart review response feature are incredibly helpful. I also find it beneficial for posting on social media and scheduling tasks, and it makes responding to reviews efficient.

SOCi helps us monitor online reviews, notifies us when reviews come in, and provides smart review responses. Its ease and integration for posting on social media streamline our property management tasks.
I am somewhat satisfied with the software
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing is automated reviews replies and for Social Media platform as well. This give me peace of mind that I don't need to worry about giving replies to the customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am non tech person and don't like to read pdfs so I would suggest that create video for each and every step it would be much easier to learn for every person. Also I have 2 brands so I have no clue if it's possible to add another brand with more locations in this SOCI account or not. Also I can't find where is the pricing plans for the software and also so difficult to find how to learn basics of SOCI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is providing me automated replies for my google business account that will reduce one of my task. Same for the Social media platforms.
