Soci makes my social media marketing so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to post and how quickly I can fill my month out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have with Soci is that sometimes the pictures don't fit and get cropped out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me make visually appealing posts.

Easy to schedule multiple social posts on multiple platforms

Can't post videos easily for facebook and instagram

Soci streamlines scheduling posts on multiple platforms at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
We can post to multiple locations at the same time and plan out future posts for resident engagement. We can create posts through Soci and I can update our office hours when we need to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to post videos all at the same time, but it might be the social media platforms that don't allow it vs. Soci. Other than that, it's a great platform to use for social media posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing reviews left on our companies ILS sites. Easy way of replying to negative reviews and gives us the ability to post to all of the sites we want to at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's just so easy to post to all social media via SOCi! Plus, it has lots of other helpful features such as scheduling! It saves me tons of time, and time is one of our most valuable currencies!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downside yet! And with my background in innovation, I'm always looking for gaps and opportunities. I haven't found any flaws or gaps yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi saves me lots of time by posting across social media platforms. Actually, I would like to see additional social media platform options added and available.

What do you like best about the product?
I can schedule out content to post for months in advanced.
I like the fact that i can use it on my phone and computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's nothing that I dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a platform that help us with multiple account and let us do MORE in LESS time, its so useful and practice. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of stuff and it can be overwhelming but our Custom Success Manager, John, its very kind and patient explain it to us EVERYTIME!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multi-location mkt platforms, and the analytics are very complete and useful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and provides a simple solution to manage reviews, social media content, and responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to receive notifications when approval is needed from a manager's response. I log in daily to determine if I have any action items on my end.

Central location for all online reputation management sources.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has always been very good at listening to any pain points that our business may have and doing what they can to fix them. They are very quick to listen to feedback and make changes based on that feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had nothing but good experiences with SOCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us manage Social and SEO across almost 200 locations, creating landing pages and managing listings for all of those locations, and providing dashboards, data, and analysis to help us appear in search results for our key terms.

We couldn't use its full potential yet, but the blame is on us.

Basically we use SOCi to manage the response on our postings.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do everything in one place! Post on most social media platforms, edit posts, respond to engagements, keeping it all on one website. Multiple users means you can see what your team is doing and make sure engagements are taken care of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing and posting is a little cumbersome. I'm part of a franchise so we have a ton of libraries of social media posts, which can be a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to log in and see all your social media posts in one place, engagements, posts on different networks, etc. It saves time in my day and makes working as a team simpler.
