What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's finally a solution for companies with more than one location that needs to have a consistent voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can find yet. Maybe accessibility for smaller businesses with multiple locations. Not everyone is a franchise or large organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the issue of managing multiple locations run by different managers/owners, but need to have a consistent brand voice. Being able to integrate overall messages with location-specific ones, is a game-changer.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly which is great for a quick/short learning curve. The features cover everything I need to optimize my workflow. And the support is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything to say here because I like the features that I have been using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The efficiency of my workday and flow has been optimized with the SOCi platform and suite of features.

I like how it tracks engagements and whether or not they are positive or negative.

Would like more direction on how I can use it to improve my Google ranking

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to respond to reviews right away when we receive them. I appreciate how easy the system is to use and how steamlined it is. I am still new to learning about all of the features it has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it hard to find features that I am looking for sometimes. The product seems to work as well as I know how to use it at this point. I am still kind of new to it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of responding quickly to negative reviews positively. I realize that this shows how fast we are willing to fix issues that arise. I feel like this helps my business increase with positive reviews that people look for when looking for a new place to live.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform allows me to post to all of my social media sites. I'm also thankful I can post for the entire month at one time. It saves me so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, there isn't anything I dislike about the program. It's seamless and extremely user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not a frequent user of social media outside of work. So, I feel almost out of my element having to post for work. This allows me to create flyers and post quickly for the month, which takes the stress and anxiety away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to manage your social media, but you have limited time, this is the best tool!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the deep dive of information that SoCi provides for marketing managers. If studied correctly, you can really pinpoint your target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you schedule a social media post, the image that SoCi posts for you is poor quality / blurry. This is the reason that I pay SoCi no mind at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When scheduling a social media post, the quality of the image is very low and does not match the overall aesthetic of the page.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are easily able to schedule your posts for the month for all of your social media platforms. You are able to add posts to the schedule as well which makes it nice. It is also nice to not have to worry about individually posting to each site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you were able to upload or design items from other programs other than Canva. We do a lot of our flyers and items in Publisher. This would allow for us to not to have to change the format of flyers. I also wish there was a link to "Go Live" on Social media as this would be helpful for when we do our contest winners and announcements to our residents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem this solved for us is that we were able to schedule postings versus having to remember to post twice a week on social media. This also frees up time for us when we are able to log in and post to all social media outlets at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access all my accounts in one place instead of logging in to multiple separate websites. I also appreciate the layout of the dashboard and how it gives a quick glance at everything. If you like statistics, it is an excellent sight to view everything. I also like that it has a photo library where I can post pictures that other people have created already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a little more clarification on how the engagement statistics are calculated and how they determine a review is neutral versus negative. Some posts marked negative just seem to be neutral to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to resolve unanswered questions in posts. Soci has benefitted us in that we no longer miss messages and questions across all the social media sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth the investment. Makes social media marketing more time efficient.

Soci is super helpful because it allows you to schedule all your post in advance across all platforms at once!

At this time there is nothing that I really dislike about the platform.
