The training resources provided by SOCi make the platform easy to learn and understand.

I don't have any complaints as of now. All aspects work properly.

We are using SOCi to auto-post on our properties social media pages. This is a great time saver for our teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The way the system layout let's you view the whole month is amazing. Let's you quick drop temples and old post back in.
What do you dislike about the product?
To a me a good app would be the only the thing to Change

Time and layout for the social media work for the month. Helps us not double up on similar posts

This is a great program that my company has partaken in and the implementation of it, helps our property a lot and I have seen changes. Thank you!

The glitches at times in the system. Thats all.

Posts are professional and I like not having to keep up with individual posts each day.

Only once, the grammar was not correct. It was an easy fix and I just deleted the post.

SOCi saves me time and my clients enjoy watching the videos.
Good platform for managing multiple businesses

Ease of use as the dashboard is laid out very well

So far nothing that I have found. Even the alerts come real time which is very important!

Managing our reputation efficiently over multiple businesses is what this platform is helping to solve. Real-time alerts is a big benefit

What do you like best about the product?
They keep all my social media in one place - so easy to use. And the summaries are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about here. Any issues are with me as a user, being unfamiliar with the workings of things.

I'm not very familiar with social media and they helped make it easy for me to see everything I needed at a glance. It helped me feel comfortable.
