Great platform - but hiccups in listings
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform is ever changing and trying to adapt with all the improvements with Google. By adding in the bulk updating field that was great. By partnering with Google, Yelp and Apple you can see the strides they are making.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always issues with listings. They say that the information is supposed to be correct with Apple, Bing and Yelp. However, the platforms do not always trust their data and is not always taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update our information in one spot rather than several.
Also by getting metrics on reviews and GBP is really helpful. This data is not always available directly on the platforms, so this is really great to get.

Soci is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all my interactions straight from one screen! I have over 10 accounts to manage for and it helps a lot to keep it all together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image library could use some work. being able to view assets across locations should be available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is making easy for me to connect with customers across multiple accounts instantly!
SOCI has been a dream!
What do you like best about the product?
I have several offices, and being able to post off one platform has saved me loads of time. I also love how its connected with my corporate office, and we are able to share posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot post multiple photos to IG and Linked In. Videos can not be longer than 1 minute to post on IG.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me be able to post and schedule postings easier than with previous platforms. It helps increase productivity.
Quick, easy, simple

Planning your social media content for the month and not having to worry about daily posting

No complaints. Sometimes some errors posting but an email gets sent t notify the team.

UPDATING GOOGLE ISSUES
Awesome platform that does it all
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to consolidate all the work into a single place. It keeps us from having to post the same stuff on each platform and allows for scheduling. My scheduled posts are easy to see and adjust. I also love the reporting and notifications so I can track and reply to comments and reviews. It's organized well and I can get to everything I need easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way for it to automatically change my post so that it fit on all the platforms, but that's probably asking a little bit too much. It shows me which platforms my post qualifies for and allows me to put it all those places. Then I can create a variation for the other sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really don't like social media. SOCI allows us to go to a single place and get all our work done easily and efficiently. It takes all the guesswork out of making posts and wondering what will work on each site. It saves us so much time!

Ease of use and easy to read metrics so I can ensure my content is on track.

Sometimes I get disconnected from various platforms, but it is easy to reconnect most of the time.

Posting to multiple platforms at once and analyzing results.
A good program for managing social posts
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI gives you a great platform for scheduling social media posts. If you are looking for engagement insights and/or a way to respond to comments or look at your mentions, it offers an easy platform to do so. I particularly like the way that you can schedule a post for peak times, and I don't have to choose the peak times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the interface with the menus can sometimes be confusing. In my mind, I could choose both menus for one item, and so some wording could be made better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage social media as a one stop shop, and see anayltics and easily schedule content for the date and time that works best for us with little hassel.

Emojis do not always show as images and sometimes show as characters

Soci empowers us to handle our client's social media needs.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Soci is pretty plug & play once you get the hang of it! The client approval gateway is helpful in having clients review social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci has limits as far as what social networks can handle certain types of media. It sometimes has unexplained glitches or errors.

The problem of having to post manually on behalf of our clients.
