Good for Google, not for social media
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support was great and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything and everything to do with social media. Every time I scheduled anything, it always fell through. Not quick enough to troubleshoot. Api with Meta is weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to solve streamlining social media management with local support - not good.
We love the integrated user experience!!
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the fact that we can manage all our social media accounts on one platform. Everything is user friendly and easy to figure out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes keeping all your accounts linked can be a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi allows us to seamlessly kee all our social media accounts in sync and on brand.
Soci Usage
What do you like best about the product?
It helps provide content to its users, which is exceptionally helpful when there is not enough content being created by users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to link offices with new social page accounts, review templates are helpful, but are the same thing repeated slightly different, uploading content needs to be uploaded in a specific way or else it will not post accurately, social media pages need to be re-linked frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having content readily available is a big help when locations do not have any content made or requested for posting.
SOCI is a very well driven marketing platform.
What do you like best about the product?
My post are sent through SOCi and are always on time and on market.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to maintain your account and keep the social media sites updated in the platform. Minimal dislike. Nothing that I truly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posts are automatically posted on specified dates to the social media sites I set up and they are great at making those things happen on time.
We Love Soci!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes my job so much easier!! Our corporate office has a ton of posts saved, so we can quickly jump on and schedule things to go out. If we have our own content that we create - it takes a matter of seconds to get it scheduled or posted!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really are no downfalls to SOCI. The only minor inconvenience is sometimes it is hard to reconnect accounts. Besides that, it is pretty seamless and makes my job much easier!

Great platform if you have multiple social media accounts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile it is. We have also used Hootsuite, and I prefer Soci.

Wish there were a little more capabilities for reels

Being able to post on multiple accounts by just toggling over. Super easy. Don't have to log in on multiple devices

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to schedule content months at a time and tailor to what our target focus is that month.

I have no complaints or negative feedback.

A Great Multi-Purpose Tool
What do you like best about the product?
A single sign-on for marketing management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lengthy onboarding process for large franchise systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and giving franchisees a tool that they can use to manage all their channels.
SOCI is so helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it so easy to keep your social media accounts up-to-date and active. You are able to schedule posts in advance! Say you are planning on having an event on Saturday and want to post something as it is starting but you will be busy getting ready, You can!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could post in a Facebook event rather than just to my Facebook page but it is still able to post on multiple social media pages so I can't be too picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to keep up-to-date on all social media platforms in one place. It has reduced the time I have to spend on social media and improved our social media presence. I can also look at the analytics of all my platforms in one place.
