Making Social Media Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature, it makes posting easy

I don't love how I can't post videos on some platforms.

saves me time by bringing all my social platforms into one place

I love that i can set up my posts ahead of time and I can have my company add posts in, along with my assistant. We all have access and it allows for a very fluid and effective campaign.
Also, I get notifications when someone has commented on a post, so i can repsond in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to using SOCI. i have renewed for the third year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME is the biggest one. It allow me to plan ahead and be creative and be collaborative. It has gotten me a few new followers. The more exposure to other business owners the better for my business. It allows me to educate the small business owner in a non threatening way. i can just put the information out there and if they choose to reach out or respond that is a bonus.

If you are looking for a way to manage your multiple social media platforms, this could be your answer. You can take care of it in one sitting each week or month and schedule it all at once.

What do you like best about the product?
THE BEST THING ABOUT HAVING ACCESS TO SOCI IS THAT IT ENABLES US TO TRACK OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PRESENCE ON MULTIPLE SITES IN ONE CONVENIENT PLACE.
What do you dislike about the product?
SOCI ISN'T THE EASIEST SITE TO NAVIGATE AT FIRST, BUT ONCE YOU GET USED TO IT, IT IS FINE.

WE ARE ABLE TO TRACK ALL OUR DIFFERENT SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. THIS HELPS US MAKE SURE WE ARE EQUALLY PRESENT ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS AND LETS US MAKE CHANGES IF NEEDED

BE PATIENT WHEN YOU FIRST START USING THE PLATFORM IF YOU FIND IT A LITTLE CONFUSING TO NAVIGATE, IT IS WORTH IT TO MAKE YOURSELF FAMILIAR WITH THE SITE.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can manage all of my social media accounts at the same time. I can post relevant content across all platforms with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't post to my Facebook or Instagram stories from the platform.

SOCi solves the problem of needing to manage and post to multiple social media accounts at the same time. It also allows me to respond to reviews quickly.
Great way to reduce duplicate postings across multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
SOCI makes it easy to post one time but hit multiple social media sites at the same time. You can schedule items out so as you create them you can post them immediately or schedule them for the appropriate time for that topic.

Would like more graphics but I can get them online from other apps

I solve duplicate posts of the same information, reducing time to manage my social media presence across all of the platforms I use.

It is very easy to use and track activity. The information is right at your fingertips. Using the mobile app makes it easier to to stay on top of tsks.

We have not found anything that we dislike or would like changed.

we are able to reach out to guests and feel that is helping so they return.
Easy to manage your posts & stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar view. It's really helpful to see the posts scheduled and organized right in front of you.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have multiple locations and I wish there was a way to post to multiple locations at the same time without duplicating the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is really helpful with content that has been created by our corporate company. This includes imagery and posts. It saves me a lot of time.

This really saves time and allows for scheduling social media posts much easier than Facebook.
