Needs some improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have it scheduled to post. Put Facebook will do that also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that user-friendly when it comes to libraries. Needs new profile pictures for ace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media for several stores. Posting when I am not online. Boosting posts and advertising events for me. Advertising special sales.
Soci Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice to have everything all together on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues occur every once in a while. Which makes it hard to get work done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps schedule all social posts to any platform without having to use each individual platform.
Very easy platform to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can schedule our posts in advance without worrying about it later. Very easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints regarding this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to take time out each day to post to social media as I can have posts ready to go in advance.
Soci is very user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Soci is easy to navigate and to use. I like how the insight page is breaks down everything and that creating posts are not hard. I also like that it gives you response recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like there isn't a way to post a video on instagram. I also wish the articles/websites that you can make a quick post were better (like maybe for the area or for things in regards to apartments).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to post on multiple social media platforms and being able to respond to comments or questions that someone might have.
Great tool for on-site team
What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to schedule posts, and find the SOCi-selected posts are relevant to our community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could see how SOCi-generated posts could be bland and unrelatable, but the routine surveys about local things coming up really help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
scheduling posts is a huge time saver in not having to log in every day
Creative and Organized!!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is a very efficient program that we use for our office. It helps our team manage social media platforms and stay informed of general trends and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
An improvement that SOCI can have is to automatically update and reconnect social media platforms to the software instead of users manually having to reconnect to verify if all posts have been displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI overall has had great updates, we look forward to seeing the new calendars and advertising tips.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly SOCI is makes it easy to help with our marketing on property.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negatives with the SOCI interface.

Overall good experience
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is really helpful in getting stuff to social media. It's really easy to use after you get the hang of it. The ability to customize post specific to your franchise store is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem I see is that the of the franchise side not of SOCi. That's is that they block off certain section and platform. I would love to promote in Snapchat instagram but my franchise restricts me.

Overall like SOCi is doing great overall no complaints
Great Social Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that SOCi has such an easy user experience, and everything is simple, and quick and gives me everything I need right at my fingertips. It's easy to learn and help others learn as well! Everything I need, right in one spot. I also love the video library.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy when I am trying to change locations. It also can be slow randomly. Other times it is completely fine, and I have no issues. My dislikes could be worse!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a scheduling tool! It saves me hours of time, and my franchisees can log in and accept the posts they want to keep or remove anything they don't want!
SOCi is so simple!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is a great platform that ties together all of your social media platforms. I currently work in property management and use it at my property. It has streamlined marketing for us as we can blast to all of our social channels!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I do not like is making an actual post. You can upload pictures and videos but you cannot edit (crop, trim, filter, time/geo stamps) them within SOCi like you can on Instagram or Twitter. If editing your posts within the SOCi platform becomes available, it would make this platform even better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we have not run into any problems with SOCi. The platform is working as expected and meets all of our needs for using the SOCi platform. However, the platform has help us expand marketing awareness among the residents within our community.
