What do you like best about the product?
Real-time alerts are beneficial for damage-controlling social media posts.

The layout is not easy to understand and requires lots of practice.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to schedule the entire month of advertising at once. I set it and forget it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is fine as it is for my use. No complaints yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi mainstreams social media advertising for me. I select which social media platform to send out my advertising and when. I do not have to go to each platform individually.

How easy the platform is to work with and review data. Folders and tabs are easy to find.

Sometimes times are hard to find and to navigate the platform. Otherwise I like the ease of use

Quality Social Media Management Tool For Franchise Systems
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about SOCI is that their scheduler lays out a social media posting schedule in a way that is understandable. It is very handy to see what has been scheduled in what social media channels when. It makes for easy review and collaboration with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is a little unhandy is that it will only display 4 posts at a time in a calendar view. If you are posting across multiple social media channels across the day you will have to pick a narrower view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone who monitors reviews and social media across 8+ franchise locations, SOCI is a good HQ for me to look at what needs to be done and monitor other locations without having to sign in and out of other locations.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so nice to be able to schedule and track growth on all social media accounts in one place. It also helps a lot that our corporate office can provide content for us to pick and choose from as we please!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a few issues with account connectivity - especially with Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the time commitment issue when it comes to being consistent on our online platforms. I have more time on a regular basis to do other responsibilities because I no longer have to remember to post things daily/weekly.

Ease of Use and ability to understand and navigate through the system.

There isn't anything about it that I have found, it is very well designed.

Cutting posting time in half and the ease of making post consistent around the board.

Great Social Media Managing Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Soci offerers great customer service and is our one-stop shop for social media management. Posting to all of our social media platforms is easy with the scheduler tool and is really helpful when monitoring growth across platforms and responding to reviews and messages. It had been encouraging to see how our brand has grown with the use of Ads Plus as well. I definitely recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have a delay when we are receiving messages but we are working with Soci to get this fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is working on the Ads Plus tool so we can better target ads on Instagram which will help us grow our IG audience. They are also working on making ensuring that there isn't as much of a delay in receiving our engagements.
Amazing! SOCI has added as so much to my property and we are grateful to use this site.

I have soci assist, so I do not have to create posts daily. Soci does it for me.

None. This is a great tool and it adds value to my property
