Great for Time Management!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule posts. It's very helpful for time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it seems like making a post on SOCi takes as much time as just posting on the actual platform.

Getting seen by our residents. Giving off human qualities to the staff to encourage better relations w. residents and future residents.

Using Soci for my client has made everything super easy & organized. I highly recommend

I have not found any dislikes at this point. Right now I only utilize the scheduling tool

Scheduling and keeping track of all my socials at once

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is very user-friendly. Though it can handle complex tasks, it is easy enough for anyone to use.
The scheduler is by far my most used tool. Being able to select each platform to post on and having it know the peak times is a great feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if SOCi could automatically resize the images if they are too large. The crop feature right now does not crop it adequately enough. it cuts too much of the image off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problem of having to post on multiple sites. not having to be logged into a million different places is very helpful. It also provides decent analytics.

We have to post on multiple platforms multiple times a day and this makes it really easy.

The hashtag section doesn't actually follow the hashtags

As I said, we have to post on multiple pages multiple times a day. This helps make it faster. We also have it linked to Canva for added help

I really like the fact that I do not have to do anything once it is set up for automatic scheduled posting. And then when I have something new, it is easy to add or change.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still could not get used to Canva. I know it is a powerful tool that many people use, but somehow the interaction is not that intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi keeps my social media presence alive. I would not be able to do it without, or would have to hire an agency, that would probably use it anyway.

I love the way it helps me add content to our FB page. It also allows me to customize the content.

Great Tool for Social Media Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool we use daily to keep our social media accounts updated and uniform. We love being able to upload the same post to all of our accounts at once and that we can schedule posts out.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish it had the ability to post to TIk Tok and YouTube.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us the ability to collaborate as an office on our social media accounts and schedule posts so that they are not missed.

I can add posts made with Canva directly to soci that goes to my Facebook, Instagram and company websites for the school.

A Great Social Media Planner for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like its simple automation feature. I never worry about missing a post or plan what to post every day. I appreciate a straightforward user interface, and connecting my social media was straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue with Soci is not being able to fix specific Instagram settings that affect my feed's aesthetics. I cannot resize what the photo will look like at a glance on my square feed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCI solves the problem of needing extra time throughout the day to post on social media on top of creating content. It takes out tedious time that wastes my day.
