Ease of use on platform is great but wish for more than two images to be uploaded to a post.
What do you like best about the product?
Soci is most useful for being a visually aesthetic, easy to use all in one spot to manage different social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can only upload 2 pictures a time on cross-platform posts and when wanting to add emoji's to a post what the search system calls certain icons is not at all intuitve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data analytics are very helpful to target marketing campaigns and the post scheduler is a great visual layout of everything that's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is the best way to utilize social media. You are able to set it up, preview content, and post on multiple platforms at one time! Game. Changer. There is no comparison...other programs just don't perform on this level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish our franchise provided more "already done for you" content to post so I didn't have to create so much, but that's not SOCi's fault! LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem with posting to multiple social media platforms in the past and this makes it easy as pie! I am so impressed with the ease of the program and the ability to provide amazing content.

It saves a lot of time when I need to post something. I like that I can post in three different places at once.

I wish it would be more HO content provided for us to use.

SOCi helps get a business name out there in the public and their site is very user-friendly.

I wish there was a capability of adding more than one business. Having to log in and out of each business is a hassle.

Helps get a business name out on the web.

You can do multiple things on the platform. You can look at reviews, make posts, schedule future posts and look at statistics!

Sometimes the API disconnects and it is a long process to get reconnected.

I am able to prepare a full month's worth of posts to stay on top of online marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is attentive not only to product needs but also to making sure your business is a success. They help you with best practices and will walk you through any questions you may have. We are able to schedule specials and event flyers to go out for all our locations at once, which is awesome. The app makes it so that we can create posts with events that are happening in the specific area of each location and we're able to create more localized content. Aside from the time savings, there is something to be said about the safety of our social accounts. Before SOCi we had employees' personal accounts set up as admins and had to constantly keep changing with turnover. Now with SOCi, it creates a consistent workflow of giving accounts access with the safety of knowing nothing can happen to your business accounts. One of my favorite parts of SOCi is being able to get insights from not only how were are doing - social and reputation wise- but also seeing how we are performing in comparison to our competition in the area.
One of the things I like best from SOCi from a corporate office perspective is the Approval Workflows- whether it's a review or a social post we can have everything be approved before it being publicly posted and that was a big draw for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is not much to dislike about SOCi. The only thing I wish it had that it currently doesn't is the capability to integrate to our CRM to transfer DM information over as customer data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They create a one-stop location to take care of all your social media management. Our team is more productive as they can now post for all of our site locations to FB, IG, and google my business, all at once. Great Product!
Great for simplifying the social media marketing process!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to schedule posts to multiple platforms all at once. The calendar view makes it easy to see how much I have scheduled out and where I have available dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There doesn't appear to be a way to search for keywords in posts to make it easy to find and edit/delete certain posts. For example, in real estate, if I have 4 weeks worth of posts scheduled for a property but it goes under contract I have to pull my handwritten log to see what dates I scheduled it for to make sure I find and delete them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a time saver for sure and it helps our posts reach a larger audience since we can post on all of our agents' accounts at the same time. This will help us sell our services to prospective sellers as well.
Extensive Access to all Manner of Online Interactions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go to one spot to manage Google Reviews, Facebook reviews, and all my social media accounts. I can manage the accounts for multiple locations and make and schedule posts with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content organization can be confusing. Also, it's confusing when you are looking through the entire site under groups of locations, or just one location. I feel that it should be a little bit easier to transition between how you want to view access to everything. Locations should be at the top and able to be clicked at any time. I would like it to manage comments better on social media platforms. I don't have a solution to suggest, but getting a lot of notification emails for comments on a popular post isn't effective for me. I think I would prefer a "You have X amount of comments" email instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is bringing everything to one interface. They partner well with Ace Hardware Corporation to present its available content. They make it easy to take care of all manner of customer interactions in a few minutes.

The ability to post content widely quickly.

Content pushing to Google My Business because the post is going into the wrong place and being blocked.
