Easy and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes multi platform posting absolutely seamless! The integration with FB, Instagram, Google and LinkedIn is great, and the ability to go straight to Canva isn't unnoticed either! Great post scheduling platform. Intuitive software makes everything super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I haven't encountered anything yet I can complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule and post on multiple platforms with one input solves many problems.
Great for multi location businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule social media posts for multiple locations and platforms is better than my experience with similar competitors. The approval system is great and very helpful in the social media scheduling process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics seems off. For example, I've checked analytics for a Facebook page, and compared it to what Facebook shows in its analytics and they weren't the same.
When I upload a video to post on social media, it doesn't seem to save it in the library, unlike photos. This is annoying if you want to re-use videos.

Being able to schedule posts for multiple locations for 1 business in collaboration with the manager.
Keeps me up to date and relevant!

Soci is easy to use, I don't dislike it.

The ability to post on numerous social media platforms simultaneously.

Sometimes one cannot post certain image sizes.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly the interface is for SOCi. It's great having so many Express-approved graphics/articles at my fingertips for creating social media posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't like about SOCi is that sometimes it's a pain to search through the libraries. It would be nice if the search option was a little more developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be able to reach out utilizing various platforms and be able to schedule posts all at once. No more having to hop from site-to-site. I'm also able to schedule posts out and have peace-of-mind knowing that it's taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it easy to post to multiple social media platforms all at knce. You can upload your pictures and schedule out all of your post for the day or even the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to have such a random long password. I wish it was a one button sign on attached to ace. There may be a way but I have not found it yet.

The problem of keeping up with the social media post. Seeing all the post in one place.

Soci is extremely helpful. It's easy to use and allows multiple posts to be made from one edit.

No access to market place, it would be nice to be able to advertise using soci.

Soci puts all of our socials into one spot making it more convenient and time friendly.

I love soci! I like that I can create one post and post it to all social media.

I don'[t like that there is a limit as to how many post you can post each day.

Excellent Social Calendar
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to post to the calendar, make edits, and see schedule. Easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we could upload pictures and content straight from our CRM would be the only improvement I would make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to post to GBP Facebook and Instagram all together while maximizing the optimal times.
I use SoCi daily for my job!

I like that I can run and schedule multiple accounts' social media easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features not yet being implemented that would be extremely helpful, like the ability to schedule content and ensure it cant' be changed/edited by another account owner.

It is making it much easier to schedule content across many various pages as well as keeping the pages up-to-date.
