can post to multiple socials at once, has canva built in for easy use, calendar view to plan and see upcoming posts

learning curve to start, otherwise no huge issues

What do you like best about the product?
I use Soci to manage all of our company's social media accounts. Soci makes it so easy to schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Business. I can quickly schedule content for weeks in advance so it's one less thing on my to do list. I've tried other programs in the past but none have all the features or are as user friendly as Soci is. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like about Soci is I don't have the ability to easily crop an image to post. It's not a big deal to crop it in a photo app then upload to Soci, but it would be nice to do it all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company has several branches, each with its own social media presence. Keeping up with four different platforms for each branch can be a headache. With Soci, I can manage it all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to post to multiple social accounts from one dashboard and using the scheduler feature to plan! I also love how it pulls in post engagements. SOCi is continuing to enhance their platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features we could be better utilizing. Ex) Libraries, contests, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us eliminate the issues we had with managing multiple social accounts. Now we have it under one dashboard!

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduler allows you to see your planned social media posts in a month view. And if you are struggling to find the latest content, the Discover page has tons to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't save frequently used hashtags to simplify the process of scheduling/posting content. You have to enter them individually. If there was a way to pick from a list of a group of hashtags that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple social media platforms all in one place and the integration of using Canva definitely helps simplify my work. Analytics are right there on the dashboard rather than navigating through the site.

What do you like best about the product?
Combines everything we need and want to see all in one platform. Easy to respond to review on multiple platforms too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Submitting tickets to the support team can be problematic with poor response times on SOCi's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very easy to respond to review from multiple platforms all in one place without having to login to each individual platform. The review templates are also very helpful.

SOCI is easy to navigate & I love the fact that they offer training videos to answer any questions you might have.

So far I have not found any dislikes or issues with SOCI.

So many features in one place. I can update my hours across all platforms, schedule social content, answer reviews, and so much more.

Could have more advanced and detailed reporting.

At a franchise level, it helps make managing social content that aligns with the brand's vision simple. It also puts all of the necessary online presence tools in one place.

All accounts on one platform; you do not need to log in to separate accounts to create posts and see your ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to my lack of experience on Soci it is hard to retrieve responses from others.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the the alerts for reviews and comments. Using the automated response template take the pain out of what to say. Scheduling our social media content in place to share across multiple platforms is a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to edit content on another platform and upload it. Would be nice to do it all in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing when the business gets engagements and keeping up with reviews can be difficult. Soci help me stay on top of this. The templates give me a good base and you can have it regenerate a response to keep them individualized.
