Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with different websites where we have an online presence to manage reviews is such an asset for us. The ability to manage social media content as well within the same dashboard makes this a great multipurpose tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe this is a feature specific to your site, but having to re-validate access to accounts as different companies update their authentication credentials is a bit of a nuisance. I don't know if there's a way to automate that though, so it's hard to call that a negative for this platform specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reputation monitoring is critical, and the dashboard and automated notifications to navigate all open reviews is helpful by saving time in helping us not miss a review.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci is very versatile and supports the main social media platforms. Soci offers insights on quality posting. In addition the Canva integration is phenonmenal. Makes creating and posting to multiple sites so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations are great. But its not as user friendly as I would like. The statistics should be clear and easily understood so that I can improve content published
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time consumption of posting to multiple sites. Also the ability to create content using Soci to post the content directly. Also there its easily accessible by all team member to collaborate social media post
Managing Social Media in a User Friendly Way
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all of our locations can have their social media and review postings managed in one central location, making it easier to be more customer-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some review management can be slightly tedious. Multiple locations can cause slight confusion when responding to reviews for particular locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding to customer feedback and social media management. It allows us to be more customer-centric while also utilizing our social media to attract potential employees.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty simple and basic, even for the newest user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been using SOCi long enough to fully grasp what truly may be working or not working for me but off the top of my head I find that the scheduled posts are not inclusive of things like Instagram stories, reels and multiple images for one post and I don't comprehend how scheduling posts even works with google. So it's great that posts can be scheduled but I feel it's limited from a creative standpoint and still not the same as using the app itself for the specific social channel capabilities.

Aggregating the minutia of social media.

Soci is a fantastic platform that I would highly recommend! Its usability and intuitive design make it easy to navigate and use, even for those who may not be tech-savvy. The interface is clean and modern, and the features are well-organized, making it simple to find what you need. Overall, Soci is a top-notch platform that is sure to exceed your expectations!
What do you dislike about the product?
When using the scheduling feature , it is time consuming to post across multiple locations. If there was an option to post to all of my socials for all of my site locations at the same time, I would be very grateful.

Soci Allows me to be more efficient with my time.

My favorite thing about Soci is the ease of posting content on multiple social media platforms, all on the same page.

I do wish they would auto post some content for us, like happy holiday posts or general content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to post to all my sites on one platform! Twitter, Instagram, Facebook. You can tag people and hashtag people. You can upload a meme or gif. What's not to love!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing negative to say. Everything is nice. Everything is beautiful. I just love how beautiful it is. So damn great! I don't know what is there not to like because it works for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the tag options. I've noticed before it didn't let you select who is in but I was able to recently which made me very happy. Especially being a business owner.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate the platform

I constantly have to check it to make sure we are advertising the right things when others have added posts to the calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of my social media advertising in one place so I don't have to keep checking multiple sites and platforms. It also helps me keep in touch with customers that review our business.

The ease of use to schedule your marketing campaigns for Facebook & instagram is so easy with SOCI.
Also the ability to respond to reviews is very easy and effecient.

I really don't have anything that I dislike about SOCI.

Scheduling our social media postings in advance is very helpful so we don't have to do this daily.
