What do you like best about the product?
The effortless posting and grouping of all my social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing thus far. Everything seems to work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving me time back to work on other forms of advertising, postaing, etc. the auto posts give me flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
As a multi-unit owner, I can pre-schedule all my posts for both locations to save time. I also like how I can reply instantly to reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications are slower than the platforms themselves. I usually reply to a comment or post a response faster than the notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviews are being answered in a timely manner since Google doesn't notify me as fast as Soci does.

At times the platform is confusing with picking messages and navigating between the dates

I can plan out a month of social easily and I can review what customers are saying about the business easily

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to onboarding and user friendly. Support is available, knowledgeable & friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been using for right at a year with no major issues. Minor things were handled promptly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an upfront cost savings when switching companies and we've definitely saved time, which is also money.

This is a VERY easy platform to use! I love the simplicityy of it. The tracking is nice too!

I wish we could post to Instagram! I feel we should have more social platforms to cross-post.

It's easy to use and our rep is very good.

It can be buggy and support will often just toss articles at you versus working to solve the issue.

Reputation management and allowing our teams to post to social media with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to set up! I didn't need to do much, just connect my social media links and logins. It posts automatically from your account and you can see it all in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the automated posting is impersonal and kinda generic. I disconnected because I want time to work on what I want to be posted, then let the system publish on a schedule that I set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes things automated, and I often forget when to post, so this helps a lot!
