Excelent tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes scheduling and review administration a breeze! Really helpful and I really enjoy to have access from the app. The conectivity with Canva is also a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact that some emojis arent available when posting to social media. Not sure what I need to fo to have complete access to all of the different emojis
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The fact that I am in charge of several locations, many twitter, facebook pages, instagram and google pages makes the task complicated but with soci all of this can be done in one spot

A little clunky ... navigation and dashboards(s).

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an excellent tool for managing all of a business's digital platforms and analytics that a company has. The good thing about SOCi is you don't have to worry about making changes on your hosting platform as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no training videos related to learning how to use SOCi effectively. The downside is there is no story feature on this platform, you can't post videos through canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi gives an insight into the comprehensive analytics of the different platforms.
Soci is very convenient to have multiple platforms in one place.

Convenient to have multiple platforms in one place. I like that you can schedule posts.

A little hard to navigate in the beginning.

Saves valuable time. I am able to market more often with the help of Soci.
SOCI keeps me organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I love SOCI because I can organized my Facebook, instagram, Twitter, and Google Business accounts at the same time. I can schedule to post material any time I want and not have to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the thing I dislike the most is the fact that I am not able to navigate my Facebook business account on by phone for impromptu postinings, yet I can my instagram account.

SOCI helps me advertise sales, get the word on to a wide audience on multiple platforms at the same time, and schedule messaging for the future.

While it typically supports major platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, it might not have full integration with newer or niche platforms. This can be a drawback for businesses that have a presence on less popular social media channels.

Very easy to use and syncs with all our platforms

Scheduled posting makes our marketing team's jobs easier and more efficient, in turn, that has affected our bottom line positively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our platforms do not sync correctly or will sign out, which can create complications, but I'm not sure if that is a problem with SOCi.

SOCi puts all of our marketing in one place, making it easy to use.
