Social Media Newbie
What do you like best about the product?
This site is very easy to use! I am new to this world and the site took an overwhelming task and made it simple to understand. The calendar is a great way to see everything big picture and then break it down by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a tututorial on the different social sites and their benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It put all of our social media content into one place and made it easy to schedule posts.
Makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Soci helps ensure that I'm getting content out daily. Even on the days I would normally forget things are being posted because I scheduled them out in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about Soci. It truly just makes getting content out to all playforms at once and consistently super easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'll have all intentions on posting and genuinely lose track of time but Soci cuts that out and it makes it easy to post the same content to multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is all in one platform and that I feel supported by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Higher cost than its competitors. Also, I am finding that the listings components may not be as great as competitor systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SOCi we were using many different platforms - one for socials, one for reviews - and were trying to handle listings on our own. Having everything in one place and a team who will support behind the scenes has been a big win for us.
Great platform, even better with AI component
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage reviews. Insights are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't see any downside. we have 2 brands and it's already separated by SOCI so it's easy to access and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to manage multiple platforms to check the reviews and respond to each. With Soci, we can check all reviews in one page and respond quickly.
SOCi has made it very easy to post to our social media. I enjoy using it!

I have had a hard time connecting out Instagram to our SOCi account but I think the issue is with our social media platforms, not SOCi

They also give me notifications if a social media platform is having issues

Most helpful is posting all at once. Favorite part is being able to track a contest post.

I dislike how many tabs there are to use. I don't use half of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all of my social media problems. Being able to save time by posting all at once is a lifesaver and saves so much time.
Easy to learn!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to know where everything is so quickly; it holds a lot of knowledge but is easy to learn or teach, so great job SOCI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to move the months back in reviews by months. If there is a way to do so I would love the chance to learn that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to work on a project with ease because of the setup to look at the google reviews for the corporate office and to see where our goals are at.
Efficient & Easy Social Media Marketing With Amazing Folks
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi makes it incredibly easy to track your social media marketing efforts across multiple touchpoints and locations. The tool makes it easy to see what is working and get a quick snapshot of what is performing well and what keywords are driving traffic. The SOCi team is also a stellar group of folks. They are always quick to respond, willing to help and provide continuous insights and recommendations on what to optimize to improve our rankings and visibility. We continue to see growth, and that's exciting!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to create groups of locations in the tool. For example, if I wanted to test a Google My Business post only in a specific group of locations, I would like to be able to easily select those locations and create a group for future testing, rather than manually having to select each one. It can get a bit cumbersome when you're dealing with 600+ stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is helping us optimize our content specifically on our local pages so that it is relevant, searchable, and fulfilling customer intent. The team also provides quarterly business reviews that are extremely insightful and helpful, with easily implementable takeaways.
It's a very user-friendly platform.

I like how the dashboard allows you to see all of the platforms and it's easy to tell if something is disconnected. It has been helpful working with Vickie and Michelle! I'm not able to upload a screenshot; I get an error message.

I dislike how networks get disconnected based on connection strength. I'm not able to upload a screenshot; I get an error message.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy working with the Customer Operations team. They are always helpful and respond right away. I also enjoy the features of SOCi. Our team can bulk publish Google Posts and Q&A content right from their database.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that sometimes the SOCi database can lag and that updates don't always push through to Google the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi resolves many of our problems with Google. They escalate our concerns directly to Google and report back right away. It prevents us from having to work with Google and possibly experience long wait times.
