I don't have to depend or check precisely on an associate or myself for grammar.
What do you like best about the product?
It's prompt and on time during festivals and events. People appreciate and greet me with replies verbally and through SMS text. It competes in ways where everyone is accommodated to their liking and desires.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't checked or done it myself as of yet, because I know SOCi is getting it all done for me. A downside I can say is when a place or location is posted, tell where it is and what it has or offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most crucial problem she is solving is posting; regardless it's getting done or not, I don't have to worry anymore. I also love the grammar check it suggests and gives us by correcting us when something looks wrong.

SOCi is so helpful. It's so easy to use shared assets through the library, and I love that it can post my content at the peak time for my audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could edit photos within the program.

Makes the time spent on social media more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and visibility of being able to see all of our locations and their social media channels in one place. We are also enjoying the listing management services and constant improvements they are making to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike, just lots of things I'd love to see SOCi be able to do as the APIs open up and more functionality becomes available from the different channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all of our social media channels for our different locations into one place is extremely beneficial. It is good that the platform is industry-friendly with a lot of good content to pull from. We also heavily rely on the Listing Management platform.

My company has an entire TEAM of professionals working on our account, managing the process, creating on-brand posts and crafting professional review responses!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are NO downsides to this awesome service!

What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is helpful with every aspect of social media and makes our company's presence known across all platforms. They make social media easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything with SOCi is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps with easily publishing and crafting content for over 50 of our accounts. It's extremely helpful for company productivity. The team is very knowledgeable in every aspect of socials and can assist with various aspects of different platforms.
Great all-in-one tool to manage social content and reviews for multifamily marketers
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is all the insights and reporting you gain from the platform for social and reputation. We use the reporting to schedule automated reports to go out to all parties involved like our onsite community managers, regional managers, and clients. This is also useful for our performance and marketing team to identify areas where we need to improve for social media engagement and online reputation. The reports are robust and contain a lot of useful data we use to create strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the charts from the dashboard are not available in the reporting suite and we'd like to see that where we can easily download. Having a PDF version of every report in the suite would be beneficial as it is only available for some and most others are CSV files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working to create custom reporting features, so we can get the report exactly to our business needs. They are working on integration for major social platforms like TikTok, which is becoming increasingly popular and a need for multifamily.

Scheduling out for the month and being able to change the scheduled posts if I want to.

Nothing so far. There isn't anything that I would change.

Great for Franchise System
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Listing, Review and Social media Management. The review management is great, It's easy to use and allows you to create as many templated responses while automatically adding in location and name of review. It's a step up prom our previous provider. Social Media Managemnt is great. Have this all in one platform helps with our franchise system. Owners and their employees are are to respond to reviews and create social media content. There is an approval process that you can setup so that you can protect the brand. Customer Service is great. We actually have a team that works with us from setup to routine questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. Would like to see their app use FACE ID to login. Or remember login for quicker access on the app. Would like for the social media library be able to hold video as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage social media for our franchise system. Being able to share assets with our entire system. Also able to create templates for our owners to use when they want. The scheduler is great as well. We can schedule to individual locations or the entire system
