What do you like best about the product?
Soci makes it easy for me to schedule and manage all my social media platforms from a single, organized space. I especially appreciate the calendar feature, which lets me craft a cohesive story about my business across social channels. This not only helps me connect with my customers but also ensures that I can effectively share information about my business with my target audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be slow to load at times, and I initially found the way collateral was stored to be confusing. However, once I took the time to figure it out, it became much easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting social posts out to my audience used to be a time-consuming task, but now it feels much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
That soci is laid out very clean and easy to work through when looking at the schedule of posts
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a bit too many features I do not use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to work with TLN network and they can upload posts for me

Easy to use software to boost your social media presence!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can create and schedule your social media in advance. You can create one post to post at the same time to different social media platforms which simplifies the process. I enjoy that Soci allows you to select articles to share on your social media. You can search for different articles in their search engine. You can customize notifications to know when a client has left a review for you and their software determines if the review is positive or negative. I appreciate having the notification so that we can reply right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about SoCi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This saves us time in building our social media presence. You only have to make one post, then can post to several social media platforms at once. You can queue to schedule posts in advance, so you do not have to create posts each day.

What do you like best about the product?
Soci has been such an amazing tool for our property. It has heled us engage with our community as well as helped up come with with new ways to thing. I would highly recommend to any management company to utalize SOCI

What do you like best about the product?
I like to ease of use and the all encompassing of reviews and social in one place. Plus the support team is awesome and always willing to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to post stories and make updates to the social pages such as unpinning posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my teams ease of posting and me to track reputation information all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can schedule content for approval ahead of time. It makes it easy to make a bunch of content and spread it out to be posted.

Nothing really it seems to work pretty well for me

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SOCi is how user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. It makes managing customer interactions and online presence simple, while their support team is always responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, SOCi works very well, but one area for improvement could be [specific feature or aspect, e.g., the reporting dashboard could be more customizable]. Other than that, the platform is intuitive and reliable

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capability to manage my franchisees social and business pages
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finicky- I wish we were allowed to mass publish higher quality images without the agressive parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to mass publish to our franchisees and provide social content.

Great way to see everything that has been done, is planned, and results.

I am relatively new to the platform, so I am still in the learning phase. The platform is pretty intuitive, but there is still a lot to take in.

What do you like best about the product?
It includes all the features I need in a platform, so I don't have to utilize multiple tools. They are constantly making updates and adding new features too. I love having all my accounts and reporting all in one streamlined place that allows for client access as well. It's super easy to set up and it's easy to use. I use this tool almost every single day.

It can be a little pricy but honestly it's worth it for all the features it has
