All in one
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access of almost everything I needed for Sociak Media Management
What do you dislike about the product?
Hoping for more AI abilities, but overall is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to use diff social media app to get what I needed
It's easy to use and navigate through.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily post on social media. The reviews are also easier to follow through with on the SOCi site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with SOCi thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to easily post on multiple platforms makes posting faster and the staff is more likely to post more.
EASY TO USE
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to engage with the page whether its on my phone or the computer. Responding to reviews has never been easier. Being able to generate responses is the best thing ever!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I currently do not like about SOCi. It works perfectly for what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Responding back to reviews quickly and efficiently!

What do you like best about the product?
I run multiple franchises so you can imagine managing our social media and online footprint can be time consuming.
SOCI saves me time by making one post and posting to different platforms, most importantly Google!
I can toggle between locations in a second and schedule out our media.
SOCI also manages our online brand and interactions with our business so we can keep tabs on how we're doing.
So many tools in one!

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. I would prefer the option to post the same thing on multiple locations rather than toggle between them. That would save more time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage multiple locations and often don't see the interactions with our business. I appreciate all of the reviews and comments in one place.
Quick and Easy Way to Access Review Data
What do you like best about the product?
It's a centralized hub to collect all of our reviews from numerous sources.

Would like to have more ability to create customized reporting.

A central location to collect and review all of our online reviews and presences.
Super Useful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has several different functions and uses, but all of them are super user friendly and easy to use/understand without a ton of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've run into issues with listings being swapped for another account which has wreaked havoc on listings and SEO

Dashboard to review and response to reputation, automating social media posting and provided detailed reporting

The interface is very user-friendly. I like having the free content available to our customers

nothing, everything seems great. anytime we have an issue, we are assisted immediately

We manage thousands of clients blogs and Soci helps us schedule our posts with minimial issues
Soci's platform is helpful but the posting is not.

The dashboard and organization. IT has a good foundation.

The dashboard dis a little difficult to navigate at first and the posting is not great.

It solved the reputation management, not so much the social media posting.

SOCi is great for social media management across multiple platforms/clients!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi has made sharing social calendars with our clients for their approval so much easier. We used to utilize word documents to share our content and images for clients to post, but now we can share them already scheduled and ready to go. It also makes clients' lives easier to share their own content aside from what we provide them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could clone content calendars so we could share the same calendar, with slight changes, to other clients. I also wish there was an option to have an employee of a client create content, that needs to be reviewed by the client, without having the double approvals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi helps us manage all of the content we provide to our clients in one place, which helps people on our side be able to see all client calendars in one place.
