Great way to see what's happening.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to see what is happening around the property as well as other properties around us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the charts and graphs on soci, i wish it were more spelled out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes monitoring my social media easy.
Still learning about the platform
What do you like best about the product?
We're new to SOCI and still learning about it. I do find the competitive analysis helpful, and it's nice to track brand mentions all in one place. It's more user-friendly than other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social listening can be a bit confusing because it's difficult to tell what it's actually tracking. It also doesn't take everything into account like tags and stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep everything in one place and monitor overall sentiment. It's nice to be able to see what people are saying about the brand quickly an easily.
Convenient & User Friendly App
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to post on different platforms cutting my marketing time in half with the use of SOCI. I also love that my residents can post their reviews and I can answer them and it reflect Google review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing that I dislike about it. Its user friendly and convient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our name out since we are a new management company that took over a multi family.
SOCi is a wonderful digital tool!
What do you like best about the product?
SOCi is an easy-to-use platform that has helped our company streamline processes related to online listings, social media, and more. They are constantly innovating to improve customer experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many negatives. There are sometimes lags in engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media engagements, posting/scheduling. It is making the processes of completing these tasks more efficient.
Social Media Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like having all of my franchise partners accounts in one place, making it easy to post consistent content!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would change about SOCi is the Boosting process. You're limited on available options to manage boosting posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a solution for managing content for multiple users.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows posting to multiple sites from one an ease!
What do you dislike about the product?
Videos only for some of the sites. I can't easily remove some of the account postings without reaching out to my corporate team. Google use to post for all but video- now it doesn't post images unless done seperately.

Saving Time
Soci has been great, and super easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
I can post to multiple places in just a few clicks. It's very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Everything works well.

Soci is solving my having to use multiple platforms to post to social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to approve my teams posts and monitor how often they are posting on social media. It is also very helpful to respond to reviews all from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some functionality issues; however, the support team has been amazing at responding to issues quickly and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Response bring to multiple reviews, tracking data such as how often reviews are being responded to. Improves my effiency and saves me time as a one women marketing team.

Ease to post and stay connected across multiple social media platforms, user-friendly and live updates

Presentation, interface platform can sometimes be sluggish

Being efficient and productive when organizing social events or keeping up with our community's social media presence.
Amazing Multi-Tasking Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the overall sentiment across all locations as well as individually helps us greatly with helping customers and recognizing the issues they face the most at each location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to schedule video, would be awesome to incorporate TikTok!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOCi is solving the issue of us having a source of truth for all locations. We previously have used google sheets, but SOCi keeps everything live in one place.
