What do you like best about the product?
They are very helpful when any issues arise.I like the website.

Nothing, so far Soci is great.the website is easy to navigate.

Soci allows me to change content for business when we need too

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling posts and then not having to worry about them afterwards. It's a great feeling having another item off of my priority list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of any faults with soci. I've experiencing nothing but successes with the program so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci makes it so easy for us to post to several social pages at the same time with custom posts, templates, events, and more.

I can't live without SOCi!

What do you like best about the product?
I manage 10 franchises social and Google business pages. This allows me to cut my time in half when responding to reviews and posting on our social pages. What used to take me hours, takes me minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have not found a downfall of using SOCi at the moment. It meets all my needs and the continual updates are very useful for our social calendars and reputation management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing multiple locations across the country, it gets hard to stay on top of them and organized. SOCi allows me to cut my time in half when responding to reviews or posting to our social pages. The templates have been a LIFESAVER!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the charts from the different social media platforms/Google reviews. It makes it easy to access the numerous review platforms and gage what to pivot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soci access through the work links can be tricky mainly because, at times, the links sent don't take you to their page. It'll kick you to a consumer login page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Soci is solving the opportunities my location had with customer reviews on our location. It allowed management to reach out to customers and fix the in store process.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the attention to the client. Whenever we have an issue that needs clarification within SOCi, there is always someone available to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a nicer way to put this, but I wish there was a complete and total package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to access and edit multiple stores information at one time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to utilize. The site is easy to use overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. I think the site and the app is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows others to see the reviews and allow others to want to come visit our store. It makes responding to reviews easy to do. This has allowed more customers to shop.

i work at an apartment complex and soci is great for letting me scheduele posts for our social media pages without having to worry about it constantly.

I honestly have found anything that i dislike about soci

What do you like best about the product?
I like the format and template of the automatic response. It was way better that google review platform

I can't see all the reviews in the past. I can't remove reviews that are demeaning and doesn't state facts

Being Able to Schedule out is amazing

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule posts out so far in advance. I also like being able to track the fluctuation in followers and whatnot. I also enjoy that I can post to all of the accounts at once
What do you dislike about the product?
The software itself isn't super user friendly. I have had some issues with it connecting to my different accounts, and having to go in circles trying to reactivate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me cut back on time posting to social, being able to set and forget. I just randomly look and a post has posted for me. This saves me time, and time is money, so it's saving us money too.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is easy to use and very helpful for our franchisees
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customer support is really slow to respond and close cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can schedule multiple posts for 100+ locations at the same time. Also the Google listings is a huge help
